Perhaps we should do @K-HodΒ a list to take to the next fans’ forum 😁😁

I’ll make a start (and apologise for going so off topic at the same time 😁😞

Β

Was the overdraft facility renewed in May and if so were the terms at least as favourable as before?

Can you confirm that the owners now only have to return to court toΒ send monies if they’re also seeking to vary the conditionΒ placed upon them to do so?

During the period of the investigation, have the owners ever sought permission (either through the courts or directly with the Directorate of Enforcement) to send player purchase funds? (and if not, why not?)

Β

Please don't! A collaborative PM is fine.Β πŸ˜€.

A couple of articles today linking Coventry with a move for Travis, but it's surely shit as Grimes, Torp and Sheaf did an excellent job for them last season?

Additional court conditions…

The club’s auditors have to provide a certificate confirming the use of the funds.

Venkateshwara Hatcheries have to submit bank statements for both Venkys London and BRFC to substantiate the use (and final destination) of the funds.Β

But doesn't using these new funds to cover running costs then free up the funds that would have been used on running costs to be used elsewhere, such as transfers?

Potentially - opinions may differ on whether this will actually happen.

Β£4.85 million for one quarter x 4 = very close to the much vaunted Β£20 million a year πŸ€”πŸ§

Thought they sent money about twice a year and thought I'd heard figures of about 8 mill previouslyΒ

How do they even police that the money can't be spent on transfer fees? Are we just not allowed to spend any money on transfers now? Or do we have to prove that we already had some money set aside for transfers and we cannot exceed that?Β

I would think that those exact funds have to be spent on whatever is specified, and a money trail provided...but that it frees up other funds that would have had to go to that. We have spent a couple of undisclosed fees this window, and other fees during this shenanigans, so we clearly aren't banned from spending on players.

Interesting. I think a couple of years ago this would have been seen as a big positive (on here anyway), but now he has filled in and done a reasonable job as caretaker it probably isn't going to be as popular.

He used to be widely considered untouchable. I wonder what changed, or if he ever was untouchable after all rather than just lucky and good enough at his job to be kept around.

Considering he stepped in and did a (i think) decent job when the club pissed off JE, this is a shame.

Disagree entirely. Lowe getting out is a HUGE positive. Rumours he was fired and rehired in a shady way around the time Lambert was around.

Fair enough, I don't know anything about shady firings and hirings. My recent view was he seemed like a positive influence on the team in a time where players were thrown into a bad situation.

Maybe Lowe was Waggott’s man on the training ground, rather than Venky’s man on the inside?

It’s always interesting to see who else Β loses their job when a Senior figure departs an organisation.Β

Regardless, it’s the Rudy/Pasha show now.

This bloke has been borderline unsackable for years, so this is quite a surprise.

This seems like the most plausible reason as to why he stuck around for so long, when managers and assistants came and went.

Wasn't there a rumour a while back that David Lowe provides updates to the owners on how the squad etc is doing? Maybe someone wanted him cut out of the loop.

eustace moved him out of the 1st team organisation completely,he stuck him inΒ  the scouting dept, looks like val has put the final nail in lowe, just need to get rid of benson next

Just replied to an interesting thread that was started a couple of months back. Inside Rovers - think it started there

It was suggested that Lowe was once sacked and he went to the owners and was reinstated. As forever Blue mentioned the Twitter account Rovers insider has suggested he is unsackable and did have a direct line to the owners.

It would seem to be a big deal, if he does get moved on.
