Let's be honest, Dolan had a great finish to the season but I can't think of another player that I scream more at the telly about. He has been so frustrating in possession and with the final ball. Eustace had a chance to coach that out of him without great success. 

Dolan needs someone to put an arm on his shoulder. Eustace will do that. But he is building a team of old players and favorites. Not a long term strategy but good enough to keep him in a job for the moment.

I am not convinced with Toth, I hope I'm wrong but I predict calls for Pears to back in goal before end of October.

 

That anyone would say they don't want Kaminski back because Toth played 10 games at the back end of last season is insane. Kaminski is a proven Championship (and was fine in the Premier league) Goalkeeper.

Particularly at a club which has a ceiling for wages go £10,000 a week.

Anyway, whatever any of us think, players will follow the money so we either compete or give up.

It feels like the Championship transfer window is starting to get quite active. On top of some of the deals recently completed, including Riis to Bristol City (a handy pick up rather than a gamechanger) it looks like Coventry will spend a decent fee on Kesler Hayden, Hull on Louie Barry, Oxford on the Heracles midfielder we wanted, Charlton on Kaminski and Derby on that MLS striker as well as the couple of freebies from us.

The average number of signings is about 2 per team so far but thats not really reflective of how some teams (Boro/Leicester/Sheff United/Ipswich/Sheff Wednesday) have been inactive mainly down to manager changes, division changes or embargoes. Whereas some have really made a big start. QPR have made a couple of very strong signings and Swansea, Norwich and PNE have all started to overhaul their squad.For us, the amount of activity we have done isnt necessarily the issue although Ismael clearly will disagree. The whole situation is built on no foundation with our core of key players being allowed to run their deals down. So we are left in limbo.

Agreed.

I dont even think Kaminsky is that great but he's a country mile ahead of our two, neither of whom are anywhere near the standard required imo.

people are right to jump ship from here I just find it laughable that Dolan in his interviews states about playing at the highest level etc and then moves to Derby….only my opinion of course and at least we get comp

Yes there are some jobs need doing around the stadium, etc but that down to Rovers owners and management authorising for the work to get done and financing it. 

You know the reasons why both head coach threw the towel in as you say. 

People have been wanted Lowe out for years and now he has gone, you are complaining about and you have said that each head coach should be allow to bring in their own staff in.

Yes some staff and left but their roles have been advertised or filled already. Did I want those good people to go who have been here for years of course not but their roles are still there and been advertised last month. 

The transfers fees that we have received over the last 2 years have gone to fund the losses the club have made over those 2 years. 

final point, nowhere have I said everything is hunky dory have I but I reply to your skint comment which isn't true as I said but we want the club to be run very differently and under new owners with people who know what the clubs means, be here to run the club and make the club the heartbeat of the community.
