Before the window is done... Trav will be at Derby and Tronstad will leave.Β

Reinvested... It will be dressed up as 2 million but will probably be less.Β

Roll up and buy your season tickets folks. We're spending money.Β

Your first two sentences could be correct but why you have to have a veiled dig about people buying season tickets is a low blow.

I don’t blame Brittain for going he can earn a load more money elsewhere, we would all do the same.

If the club wasn’t a total circus he would have been tied down and the club looking at large profit.

This only ends one way if the plan is to live within our means with little or no investment from our owners. If we are lucky it’s league 1 but could easily end up league 2.

I'm a little perplexed.Β  You agree that Venkys are useless.Β  You agree the club is poorly run. You seemingly want the club to be back in the hands of someone who cares.Β  Yet you seem to argue with anyone that expresses similar opinions andΒ  bemoan their negativity.Β

The new signings are likely to be crap.Β  Based on their previous playing history and fee.Β  It's fair to think that. That said, Rovers fans will always give them a fair chance because they wear the blue and white.Β  That will be at the ground though - not necessarily on an internet forum.Β

Β I just find the tin foil stuff pointless when there’s hours of genuine tangible reasons to hate the owners.

I was told yesterday that the reason he failed his medical is due to a stress fracture in his foot which showed up on the scan.

New contractΒ πŸ˜‚

These journalists must think we are thick as mince to believe these stories.

Also Nixon is wrong about Legia advancing in Europe, they only won the first leg 1-0 and have the second leg this week.

Got to drop one in this morning to try and soften the Brittain blow.

I'm sure it will all get sorted 'imminently'Β

Out of all of them I'm guessing Hyam might be the easiest to do, not seen any links away for him and seems to he forgotten about with Brittain, Travis and Tronstad all out of contract too.

Imagine the crowing if theyΒ  managed to sort that one out, there would he stories on the Rovers website for weeks about it.

Nixon didn’t say about Legia advancing it was the rovers account got it wrongΒ

Hyam set to sign like Brittain was?

It would be sods law if he was the the only one who signed - of all the players with a year left he's probably the one I wouldn't care about leaving.

Any time he doesn't have someone more experienced next to him he's a complete liability.

It's justΒ  sad that , that is what football has now become. It's become more about what more they can get for themselves than wearing the badge with pride and honour.

I'm sure as individuals, the players must deep down think to themselves, " no way he's worth that much, I'm worth more than him" and perhaps do it for their own sanity and reassurance?Β

I miss the days of local lads playing for the badge.Β

So hyam who played every minute last season you wouldn’t care if he was to go. So him gone batth gone carter and Wharton injury prone you’d be happy with that? StrangeΒ

But again, you arent considering the financial side. Why would he sign here if our offer was massively underpaying him?

As I said, if he ends up on a short term deal in a lower league, you can compare to Nyambe.Β

He could have been earning more for the last 18 months if he had signed a new contract around 8-10k a week but also you are missing the role with the team structure and the fact he was key player under Eustace and Ismael. What has he got now? still out of contract and what's his next move to?Β

Also what you don't repeatably factoring into your thinking every time that Dolan and his agent will have know for the 6 months he wasn't going re-sign here, so his agent surely would have been putting feelers out to other clubs yet 13 days after he officially left us he is still no club, training on his own and we all wonder what offers he is getting tbh. I wouldn't be surprise if he ended at Derby or Bristol City cos of the lack of offers overseas.Β

Some chaddy-esque revisions on Callum Brittain happening.

He’s a top right back at this level. Huge loss if he goes.

I was fan of Brittain before he joined us and I say he was the right type of attacking full back we should be signing. We signed Brittain 3 years ago and last summer we should have been tying down Brittain, Travis and Tronstad not leaving it so and now within the last 12 months we are now scrambling to get new contracts sorted. Brittain will be huge miss and we will miss his attacking and defensively attitudesΒ
