roverblue Posted Sunday at 06:21 Posted Sunday at 06:21 I donβt blame Brittain for going he can earn a load more money elsewhere, we would all do the same. If the club wasnβt a total circus he would have been tied down and the club looking at large profit. This only ends one way if the plan is to live within our means with little or no investment from our owners. If we are lucky itβs league 1 but could easily end up league 2. 5 Quote

Why would he sign here if our offer was massively underpaying him? As I said, if he ends up on a short term deal in a lower league, you can compare to Nyambe.Β He could have been earning more for the last 18 months if he had signed a new contract around 8-10k a week but also you are missing the role with the team structure and the fact he was key player under Eustace and Ismael. What has he got now? still out of contract and what's his next move to?Β Also what you don't repeatably factoring into your thinking every time that Dolan and his agent will have know for the 6 months he wasn't going re-sign here, so his agent surely would have been putting feelers out to other clubs yet 13 days after he officially left us he is still no club, training on his own and we all wonder what offers he is getting tbh. I wouldn't be surprise if he ended at Derby or Bristol City cos of the lack of offers overseas.Β 15 hours ago, TommyRovers said: Some chaddy-esque revisions on Callum Brittain happening. Heβs a top right back at this level. Huge loss if he goes. I was fan of Brittain before he joined us and I say he was the right type of attacking full back we should be signing. We signed Brittain 3 years ago and last summer we should have been tying down Brittain, Travis and Tronstad not leaving it so and now within the last 12 months we are now scrambling to get new contracts sorted. Brittain will be huge miss and we will miss his attacking and defensively attitudesΒ Quote
