That means no Saturday 3pm kick offs for the opening day for the Championship. Only thing is last season the whole EFL started same weekend and League 2 were shown live at 3pm - the blackout didn't apply, shows it here: https://www.efl.com/news/2024/june/26/watch-every-game-on-the-opening-day-of-the-2024-25-season/ This season 1 and 2 start a week earlier. You are probably right regarding 12:30 kick offs but it is a bit different to last season this time. Edited Monday at 11:26 by CA1Rover Quote

GHR Posted Monday at 12:55 Posted Monday at 12:55 12.30 away at Swansea on the opening day, Rovers fans to be reminded ad infinitum that this is what everyone wanted, hence the TV deal. Southampton away to be a noon kick off on a Sunday in the middle in January. Cannot wait. 4 Quote

RevidgeBlue Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago (edited) The first 4 fixtures look pretty rough to me. Don't fancy us against WBA/Birmingham/Norwich. Hull, it depends how well they take to their new manager I suppose. Edit: Dire fixtures over Christmas. Middlesbrough and Sheff Wed away. Have to wait until Jan 1st for a home game. I'm not sure if I can ever remember that happening before. Edited 4 hours ago by RevidgeBlue Quote
Groundhog Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago (edited) Playing Brum at home, second game in, is a real banana skin - they'll be raring to go and have a big following. Edit: blimey that run-in is the thing of nightmares. Edited 4 hours ago by Groundhog 1 Quote
