No worries 🤪 4 Quote

I think he will be back with signings he wants, so we will see by the end of January window if I am right or wrong. If we can bring in 3 quality players ideally 2 permanent signings then I can say with certainly he has been backed. If we look for only promising young players(unde4r 21) then I don't think that should be our only focus. I don't mind we add the odd young player in January tho So if we signed 2 players from random foreign leagues on cheap fees and wages permanently and a loan, youd consider that as being backed? 44 minutes ago, DE. said: Would take that over Gestede and Owen lumbering us with more rubbish tbh. Either option would give a high probability of relegation. Quote

We want players who come in and made an impact straight away. I think we will look more domestic market, SPL and EFL so that can been done more easily Quote
Tyrone Shoelaces Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago I can’t see us spending real money on a player that will improve the first 11 in a hurry. They’ll use the academy lads coming in at the back as an excuse not to sign defenders. O’Riordan will probably stay at Donny now. Baradji is knocking on the door for a start so that’s midfield taken care of. Up front we may get a loan signing. That’ll be it. 1 Quote

I guess getting someone in for Tronstad will be tricky though as the hierarchy will point to Tavares and TGH and say they should be used. Which is annoying as Tavares is lazy and lacks awareness, and TGH is not technical enough to play that deeper role though okay more box to box. But theres no argument not to sign one or two hardworking strikers to give Ohashi and Gudjonsen some support. Quote

I would have rather kept Buckley than sign Tavares, especially if we actually paid money for the latter (for my own sanity I will assume the £2m reported fee is dependent on many clauses). Bucko didn't turn out to be anywhere near as good as was hyped up, but he's still a better Championship player than Tavares. One imagines signing a striker would be dependent on shifting Gueye, which may be difficult. Especially when there are videos being released of his own team mates mocking him. 2 Quote

Comfortably numb Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago How long has it been now since there was even a sniff of a transfer rumour? Things unbelievably quiet on social media Quote
Tomphil2 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Nothing against the lad he seems a good fellow but whoever gave Gueye a contract needs sacking. It's as simple as that, eh Rudy. Quote

No!....and yet, sometimes they deliver a Szmodics or a Baradji. However, my argument would be that this shames them even more. It seems that they could get decent signings, but actually choose not to... I still haven't recovered from the insult that was last January's window! Quote
simongarnerisgod Posted 9 minutes ago Posted 9 minutes ago baradji looks a really good player, what are the chances of him getting fully match fit and ****** off at the end of the season because we won`t pay the fee at the end of his loan, thats if we have actually agreed a loan to buy,the incompetence of the backroom staff is pretty well known Quote
