DeNeve !  I can’t believe Johnno has picked that team.  Forshaw injured again ! Do I not like that team. I think we aren’t taking Wednesday seriously.

Yuk - 4 centre backs, 5 midfielders and a right winger!

If he can get a win out of those he must be some sort of genius.

Really, really surprised that De Neve gets a start and probably as surprised that it's Johnson who has picked him. It could be a rocky start for Johnson if we don't win.

I also surprised that Carter starts after two 45 and 60 minute appearances for the under 21and part with his injury record.

That said we still should have enough to win I believe.

Who's scoring the goals?

That is a good question but somebody has to step up. It looks like Jorgensen is playing down the middle which I think he is far better suited to. Hopefully Baradji is playing more advanced too.

Do you not think we will win?

Pratt’s built like a man, Tyjon is still a boy physically.

Pratt turns 23 in a few months

Tyjon will legally be allowed to drink a beer in a couple of months

We’ve just made it a lot harder for ourselves. That team is just inexplicable for me. I can’t believe it.

He has certainly sprung a few surprises.

I can only imagine Forshaw is injured as he's not even on the bench.

I'm as surprised as you.

Maybe Johnno sees something in Jorgensen we haven't quite spotted yet.

Correct move to drop Ohashi though imo.

I can’t see thst Johnno has picked that team. You could ask all the Rovers fans there tonight and not one of them would have picked that team. I wouldn’t be surprised to see mass substitutions at some point.

Thankfully he has seen that Jorgenson is not a winger

What remains to be seen is if Jorgenson can play as a lone striker?  I have my doubts, think that like Gudjohnsen he needs a strike partner

The speed of the process shouldnt be altered depending on tonights result.  Especially considering that Sheffield Wednesday are an anomoly in this league, they are nowhere near the standard and lose to nil repeatedly so beating them is strongly expected.

Time is not on our side, games are ticking by. We need to make the decision as quickly and as efficiently as is reasonably possible, without rushing. Assuming the sacking was coming they should have already known who they wanted but this is Rovers.

We had this with Lowe. We won 2 initially so we dallied and then all of a sudden we got battered at Swansea and it seemingly caused a rush. You cant just base this decision game by game based on each result. The urgency shouldnt vary dependant onln each result.

Of course everyone wishes Johnson the best but they would wish any manager of our club well in getting us good results.

I have no idea if he will, purely speculative.

If he does want to get involved, he holds more power than Johnson so I suspect he would get his way.

Ok

Cannot believe Johnson has chosen that team.

De Neve to start !?!?

Think Gestede now also playing football manager.

The club is now getting what it deserves.

The fans DO NOT DESERVE THIS NONSENSE.

Agree with all that. Not sure what he is yet.
