I was a little mystified by the yellow card on Roberts when he elbowed Neill. Surely if the ref thinks he has elbowed the player it is a red card, if he thinks it is not an intentional elbow then it should not warrent a card at all. very strange decision.

I think we will see a very different Man City team this weekend, which will make it a tricky game for spuds. City were publicly slated last week and pearce will really have them up for this game. Also don't think Arsenal will win this weekend. I was hoping for 4 points minimum return from Wigan and Pompey, just means we have to go there and win now.

This reminds me of the time we went to West Ham after they hadn't won a home game all season, they eventually got relegated but still managed to beat us that night. I'd love us to win it, but I have grave concerns.... I think pomepy will be the ones to escape this year. They have the better run in out of all of the teams. On another note i'm in a quandry about Birmingham V Spurs..... shame they can't both lose.
