NAPM. Remember those divisive and mean-spirited posts on every thread by your pal. I do. A load of horseshit that turned out to be. I'm being kind at the moment so I'd back away and let your mate lead the cavalry back to Ewood. FFS?

Help what? It was an observation. Don't be so sensitive on his behalf.

The guy telling everyone to boycott last year is now trying to own the discussion on how to raise attendances. Beyond parody.

Mowbray has done a fantastic job in the way he has galvanised the club after the Coyle debacle. The spirit and fight amongst the players (led by the mighty Benno) is a joy to watch. The contract extension would be fully deserved....even if I have my doubts he could progress the club much beyond where we are without major investment.

As a general point (as I'm not well up on fans groups) who from the fanbase actually engages with the club on these matters. Are all the questions raised on here asked of the club and what answers are given?

Talking to a Nobber at the weekend and he couldn't believe we have the nerve to charge someone £3 surcharge just because they can only commit to going a couple of hours before the match. Not often I agree with a Nobber. BRFC - A lesson is how to put people off going to football matches.

Not a great idea. I'd probably buy one and save money on a full ST so I don't have to rush to night games from work or bother with lunchtime/Sunday kick-offs/Sky games. It's about adding fans who don't go, not turning an ST holder into a 'ten gamer'. If there are thousands of pent-up fans on shift work who it would entice then fair enough, but it could possibly end up costing the club.

Make that 3. It's like SKY if SKY was run by Don Revie.

Just checked and it was Downing from a far-post corner headed back by Mulgrew. But apart from that...? It must have been the games you mention. But it definitely happened at least once!! Edit - One was at Oxford.

We need to be a bit cuter with our corners. There's no point floating them in hoping for the best because we don't have anybody who can really attack them. We had a bit of success last season with near post corners that get flicked on or headed straight in. Mulgrew scored one at Blackpool waiting on the back post after a flick on (and another somewhere else that escapes me) and Antonnson stuck one straight in attacking the near post at the DE. This season Mulgrew has scored direct curling it near post.

… and James Beattie. We wuz wobbed by Woy.

Obviously depends how well they are doing and if the manager has other options. The Wolves manager has played the same team in the last 8 games league games according to Lineker on MOTD.

Yesterday was the first league game he hasn't started since he signed. https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/16966270.bolton-wanderers-0-blackburn-rovers-1-talking-points/?ref=mac

Mowbray obviously expected it. And achieved it.
-
Yes you did. Nowhere did I say anyone on here doubted the players application. I just made the point that some are perhaps exaggerating the ability of our team in comparison to other teams.
-
You misunderstood my post and have ended up constructing your own straw man. Standard.

Can someone put this guy out of his misery and tell him the final score.
-
No he's not.

The angry man jumping out of the ring is the guy who won! He was attacking McGregor's coach. Khabib's coaches were in the ring attacking McGregor seconds later. Gentlemen.

Did you watch us against Sheff Utd? We are more than capable of being shit. Bolton are 3 points behind us.
