  1. Two things. Why would we need to borrow from that type of company? Has our credit rating taken a battering? Is this company a venture capitalist?
  2. Strange or pure coincidence, but anyone taking a look at the link, will see him connected at one point to a company called Badeshite Limited.
  3. Here is a link to the companies Ceri John Richard has been involved in. It may not be out of the ordinary, but seems like a lot to me. https://www.companydirectorcheck.com/amp/ceri-richard-john-16
  4. Crossbaron Limited are the company who have put the charge on the STC so must have lent the company some money. A former director Ceri Richard John, based in Bridgend, has been a director in 2381 companies in the last 23 years. He is currently a director of 143 companies and secretary of 5 others. Link below. https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/08818037
  5. I just got this from Companies House. Not too sure about that address and I do wonder if the activities, namely "Activities of head offices" is an allowable one in India, given the recent problems with ED. According to the Companies House, the company with company number 13452736 is VENKATESHWARA LONDON LIMITED 1. The company is a private limited company and was incorporated on 11 June 2021 1. Its registered office address is located at Squire Patton Boggs (Uk) Llp (Ref: Csu), 60 London Wall, London, England, EC2M 5TQ 1. The company’s nature of business is “Activities of head offices” 1.
  6. Hope it isn’t another insignificant mortgage fraud. Any idea, who the charge is in favor of? My guess would be Barclays
  7. I did read an article about the debt they put the club in, when buying it. In some ways it seemed like a smaller version of what United did. Spending like they did looks like a real risk, so makes me wonder what their aim is. Cut and run possibly?
  8. I think given his fairly poor start to the season, some people are hanging him out to dry. There is a player in there for certain and I for one can see beyond, some of the short comings and clearly you can too. Hopefully the goal and assist in the last two games, give him the impetus and confidence he needs to push on and have a good season.
  9. Absolutely right with that. He could so easily have miss controlled the header away from Carter, but he did well. Great vision whether it’s a 10 yard pass or not.
  10. How much have they spent and does that spell trouble, if they do go down?
  11. Delighted with the 3 points, as we probably only deserved a draw. The football gods were with us today, rather than against us. Three pivotal points with a lot of mediocrity in between. The offside went our way, when I wouldn’t have complained had it counted. Then the goal, which was a great through ball from Dolan and a nice finish. Finally a terrific save from Leo, so much so that he punched the air. Great to see back to back clean sheets and much prefer this then going for the jugular being exposed and losing by the odd goal in a goal fest.
  12. That’s quite correct and I do stand to be corrected on the matter. Cheers.
  13. Horrible news mate. Keep strong and huge condolences to you and your family
  14. Hi Josh. Are there waves being created now and people asking for data? Hopefully some people are beginning to get uncomfortable, as if they are not they should be. Whats out their on the internet is widely available and from what I’ve seen on this thread, facts are mainly being quoted.
  15. I don’t think anyone does, or why they would do it. If part of it or all of it is illegal, then it’s got to be a concern.
  16. https://www.indianembassyusa.gov.in/taxdata?id=7#:~:text=The main objective of FEMA,foreign exchange transactions in India.
  17. Technically as pointed out by PhilipL we don’t owe them 200 million. They have sunk that into the club, with no chance of getting it back. The worrying part for me is the article stating the payments that were made were illegal and what consequences that brings. PS I have had a reply to my E Mail now and been invited into the club for a meeting.
  18. Rovers seem to owe VLL £220 million, so how they now about getting that back should be interesting. If these were illegal payments, do they need to be repaid on demand and by who?
  19. I have been on here a long time and although I haven’t read everything you have posted, what you have said about these owners seems to be pretty accurate.
  20. No doubt that was done before the article was written. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, perhaps even Waggott wasn't aware of this. He is now.
