  1. I've probably dropped about £20-worth of pie on the floor this season trying to do it without putting one down. 😃
  2. Ta. edit - just noticed it's actually mentioned on the WATR minutes that have just gone up. I also want some shelves in the JW Upper like they have in the Blackburn End so you can actually put your pint down somewhere other than on the floor when you eat your pie. But I'll wait till there's less pressing matters on that one. 🤣
  3. FF minutes:- SW stated that the day had been a real success, at least until the last few minutes of the game. The reduced prices meant that the club made a little less than it would have done with normal pricing but that was more than offset by the opportunity to get so many more faces into the ground, including many who had not been for some years. Another day was being planned later in the season or the start of next season, possibly to coincide with the other commercial activities. Can this be expanded on @Herbie6590 as I thought the Watford game, especially the fanzone before hand, went really well. Alternatively is it on the agenda for the next Fans Forum meeting @K-Hod ?
  4. Comedy gold at Ewood nowadays with their announcements.
  5. With a +16 swing in goal difference than we currently have 🤯
  6. Why has that Hull defender done that 🙈🙈 I’d be fuming if i was a hull fan. Or Leicester and Ipswich.
  7. They’ve got promoted, spent just £4.6 million and are proving that you can actually outperform the parachute payment clubs if you do it right.
  8. Hope they win it. Shows it can be done.
  9. I’ve give a rating of 9 to four players today - Sammi, Dolan, JRC and Hyam. That’s rare for me!
  10. If we draw with Sheff Weds, they will need to get 7 points from 4 games to catch us. I think 4 points probably does it, 5 to be safe.
  11. He won MOTM on here so plenty must have disagreed with you
  12. Well done. Excellent performance. Defensively solid but plenty of men getting forward to support the attack. Add a bit of quality and that will do for me most weeks,
  13. I still feel worried even though Sunderland have hardly done anything that half. This second half is huge.
  14. Excellent first half after the first 10 minutes. Szmodics, Hyam and Dolan all very good and JRC immense,
  15. In which case JDT was an absolute genius for having Gallagher and Hedges regularly in a side at the top of the league last season. That side is a lower mid-table championship side lacking a bit of firepower. It’s not a 0 wins in 16 games side.
  16. I don’t look at that team and think it is a team that , if applying themselves correctly, should be going 16 games without at a couple of wins. If this was in November I’d be genuinely hoping for a win with that line up. Even the bench is looking stronger than the last few months albeit without a striker.
  17. I’ve just posted on the Sunderland thread but I backed us to go down at 15/4 yesterday on betfairs exchange. As fans you generally know far more about the situation at Rovers than all other sporting event. You know the injuries, the form, everything. You should always be betting with your head rather than your heart. Does anybody realistically think we have only a 21% chance of going down. It’s far higher than that. It doesn’t mean I want it to happen, nor that I won’t still cheer rovers on as loud as ever whenever I watch them. Just I think it’s overpriced. I really don’t get why people have issues with it.
  18. They’re done. We’ve just forgot to click send.
  19. Hadn’t seen that. Another one that’s spineless then.
  20. Or Leonard. I know he’s not the answer but it was mid-Jan last time he was sighted. He’s better than Semir.
  21. Don’t be daft. Before the players downed tools on JDT he got 10 wins from 22 games with this squad. Admittedly he had Wharton but also had a lot of injuries and was forced to play Wahlstedt. Eustace has come in to a run of very winnable games and has failed to win any. He had plenty of time to turn this around and still potentially does. On paper our defence is not the worst in the league, and we have the leagues top goal scorer. However Eustace approach has led to us scoring just 6 goals in 9 league games, against some of the lowest sides in the division. He’s had plenty of time to turn this around and if we go down it’s because he has been a very poor manager.
  22. JRC is the only one. No surprise he popped up and put the ball in the back of the net Friday. It’s just keeping him fit.
  23. Might have been. I only flicked through and get the two mixed up.
  24. If you watch the sky coverage it shows that replay during the main the game from 38.40 onwards. I can't post the video on here (on which Don Goodman actually changes his mind about whether he's offside when he sees it), but can only post the stills in sequence. If you still think this clearly in the keepers line of vision then fine, but I disagree. edit - I'm just going to crop and repost these to make them bigger.
