Crystal fucking Palace ffs. Another no mark club who, along with totting ham hotpot, I despise. Personally, I'm not to sure this is the right club for Adam. Long way from Lancashire, different culture and lifestyle and far from his brother and family. If he was older by a year or 2 I wouldn't mind. Palace have bid for him because of injuries to their midfield and are desperate to get someone in urgent. I love the guy and I'm sorry to see him leave but venkys cannot turn down that kind of money. However, Adam is by no means the finished article, by a long way. I hope he's coached well down at at Palace as we know he had attitude problems at Brockhall last season which resulted in him being left out of the team. I really hope he cracks on and succeeds. I really don't want to see him bevome some sort of luxury player like Eyal Berkovich and ofter left out of the team. His languid style doesn't help also. Young lad, lot to learn but if he does learn a great future ahead.

We are winning this by only playing well in spells. Hopefully, moran gets hooked for Adam Wharton and we move up a gear or 2. I'm hoping for 3 more second half.

I was at that game as a 16 year old. We were in the away end of the Longside and that got closed at around 2pm ish. Mayhem that day in the cricket field stand but more so in the Bee Hole end. My overriding memory was policeman's helmets being thrown in the air. It wasn't a pleasant experience leaving the ground either. The guy driving our Capri decided rather stupidly to drive up past the fire station, down Ormerod Rd and under the culvert, right back outside Turd. We were of course accosted by irate Burnley numpties. Should have turned right after the fire station and over to cliviger as we were from rossendale. Great win though.

Wrexham did well in ladt seasons FA Cup so shouldn't be taken lightly.

Sorry, but I've never rated him. Yes he's a hard worker and a trier yet he can't pass a ball, is scared to shoot on goal and his arse is to near to the pitch to win any headers. He's been OK I suppose but he's nowhere near as good as Tronstad. Miles off.
