I think it was more he might leave...his kids are over here looking at schools, and it appears that a decision was always going to be made by JDT after his first year here regarding whether his family would join him here...it seems that decision may be central to whether he stays or not. -
Bradley Dack - Twist or Stick?
Sweaty Gussets replied to bigbrandjohn's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
GB on Dack: "We let him go with a heavy heart and also remembering the things he has done for us. It's important to say that if we felt Bradley was going to play the number of minutes he wanted to play, the finances wouldn't have played a part. "Now, it allows him to continue elsewhere. He has been available for 80 per cent of the games which is a record for him with the injuries. He has done brilliantly to come back from those injuries. "We have not let him go for purely financial reasons. It's important we get that message out to supporters." Why Blackburn Rovers let Bradley Dack and Daniel Ayala go as contract decisions explained - LancsLive -
I think that was just advice on the best places to go on holiday in winter.

This young fella died a few days ago. Once scored the winner against Burnley. Legend! Any of the posters remember him? My dad does. -
Bradley Dack - Twist or Stick?
Sweaty Gussets replied to bigbrandjohn's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
From the LT: While finances have played a part, there is a case of doing right by a player who has given the club so much. Dack finds himself at a stage of his career where he both needs, and deserves, to be playing regularly, of which Rovers couldn’t guarantee. There will now be a new chapter for Dack, and one that everyone of a Rovers persuasion will be wishing him well with as Rovers go in a different direction. -

Wonderful footballer who probably had his best years stolen from him with those two awful injuries. I'd be surprised if he doesn't end up back in the Championship next season. He'll still score goals if he can stay fit. I think Sunderland would be a good move for him if Mowbray stays. Without doubt my favourite player of the Venky era. All the best Dacky! -
