  1. You'd give an asprin a headache pal, lighten up and get some fresh air over thinking things isn't healthy.
  2. It says to me that you've been desperate for an audience to speak about the theories of others and I think you've had one long enough on this thread and it probably should have one of it's own in ICBINF. No disrespect intended as i'm sure some find it fascinating.
  3. You mean I've found something you don't have an answer for ? ?
  4. Mother nature is the boss, not man, not computers, not even god if you don't prescribe to the theory he created it. Mother f###### nature boys !
  5. Yep for quite a while I think. Also had his own academy somewhere, Spain maybe, to give another chance to young players released by clubs. Proper football man,
  6. I liked him as England manager and there are times i'd have welcomed him to Ewood , he'd have had to sign a disclaimer to keep his trap shut about his beliefs though. I wonder if they have one in England contracts now post him ? ?
  7. True they must be around 30k now but he went way over the top I think he could've filled it up when they were crap. Certainly got greedy with the away prices I think we paid on the day about 6 years ago and it was 34 or 36 quid then. No wonder we take a bus full there these days that was probably the last decent following we had at Elland road. Shame because it's one of the best away days.
  8. Yep perfectly valid and understandable and very similar to what's happened at Rovers under Venkys but you've been jerked about longer. Like I said bot a dig but some crack on like it's always a full house over there but in reality you're susceptible to form, ownership issues, bored fans and prices like most other clubs. Old man Bates certainly put a huge spanner in it with the price hikes although I understand he was trying to balance the books but if any club could get 30k per match at 20ish quid a head it would be Leeds. When there's such a vast catchment area and huge fan base why not tap into it instead of drive them away ?
  9. Yes you have been plenty times all things considered. Not a dig at you lads who post on here you've always had top notch support but some of the crap that gets spouted it's worth noting a few sub 20k gates not that long ago. Last time I went whole tiers were closed just like Ewood.
  10. Just might be something in that although it's double edged sword, have a stormer his price goes up but have a bad'un and they might be put off. No brainer !
  11. Twitter from a Leicester fan saying the tickets are now selling to home fans.
  12. Meanwhile the dingles return 1000 tickets for an upcoming away match. There's me being told they sell out everywhere every season in the Prem. Can't be the novelty wearing off can it ?
  13. Desperate , Why ? Natural order will be resumed in time meanwhile let's enjoy them getting spanked every week and laugh at their knuckledragging super fans paying 35/40 quid for the privilege.
  14. Was he open about eating wild boar steaks ??? ?
  15. Spiritual guidance and religious education will be in the thread entitled Glenn Hoddle from this day forwards until we all fry in hell and slugs inherit the earth !
  16. He foisted that Eileen Druary our whatever she was called onto the England squad, her sat in with Gazza must've been interesting.
  17. When I watched Hughie v Sam Sexton at British level last fight out I thought he was good, better than his cousin at the same age who mostly looked crap until he fought Chisora 2 & Klitschko. Seems the difference is one is capable of stepping it up but the other isn't but to be fair he's only 24 and Pulev despite his lack of action recently is still one of the best out there at the min. Hughie's suffering like Eubank jnr from deluded dad syndrome who's desperate to get him in the ring with Joshua and get some huge dosh. I think that would be akin to sending his boy to an alter to be served up though. He needs to stay at British level then go after 2nd level world heavies first and maybe have a dance with Chisora himself and the likes of Takam.
  18. 9 changes by Mowbray, midfielder in goal and centre back on the left with Williams up front on his own but the new found message board harmony backs it 100%and finds no cause to question it or each other at all. Rovers 0 QPR 6 ---- followed by a nice discussion on how unlucky we were and how we could see what he was trying to do there ! Or Back to basics, a stodgy display aiming to stop QPR and protect our 2nd keeper and an evening and Sunday of scoring more points on here than Rovers have gained .. ? Rovers 1 QPR 1 11,897
  19. Make me laugh Preston as going back as far as I can remember we've always had more visiting fans at their gaff for pre season games than there's been home fans there yet league games at Ewood they flock in their droves and call our support s@it. Bit like Leeds they love a day out at Rovers but are often rather thin on the ground on their own patch when we roll up !
  20. And oh so generously allowing his like family friends to line their pockets without giving it a second thought !
  21. Probably because he actually loved football and became involved for the right reasons, a rarity in the English game by a foreigner. Club was obviously far more to him than an accounting tool.
  22. Science or fantasy .......... which do we really believe ?
  23. Again it should be the likes of Villa etc having the majority shoved upstairs first but fair play they are obviously listening but a penny to a pound the next side who they think will bring a few thousand will be back in the bottom rendering it all a bit pointless. Can't win either way .... ?
  24. No excuse for anything less than a c4k following here really we usually manage that at Bolton when tv isn't involved even at their ridiculous prices.
  25. Very true the suits and coppers pick up the same wages whether the crowd is five thousand or twenty five thousand so why do they care ? The easier the better, this is what happens when you don't have a real driving force in upper office but i'm sure TM and the players would side with the fans on this so maybe Mowbray is the man to pitch it to at the FF and get him putting pressure on those above, Sam played his part in wanting crowds boosted when he was here. As for all the logistics etc well it's all been done before many times without too much bother there's been a club there for over a hundred years and it's never had a rep for hooliganism really. In fact the game v Bolton when we missed two pens was ten quid a ticket at 3pm with about 26k on and I don't recall any issues. It's the idleness and penny pinching that ruins what should be major events for the club and town economy not any real threat of big trouble that's just their way of trying to justify it.
