  1. On the basis we went down with 51 points I’d ideally like 13 more points. Hard to see the way we’ve been playing.
  2. Quite. If that lot were jurors and a previously convicted criminal was on trial murder, caught at the scene with blood on his hands, but stood up in court and said well I didn’t do it. One wonders if they’d all sit back and say there we go he said he didn’t do it case closed
  3. As of today our “30 years old” training facilities mean we are one of 24 clubs to have category 1 status. Let’s see where we are after the Venkys and their magic touch for our state-of-the-art modern training base. I’d wager not on that list.
  4. What a crap team. 4 years into the moggasarus journey and the defence is worse now than when he took over vs burton and it’s nothing to do with injuries.
  5. And if they thought it was something to be proud of they would be shouting it from the rooftops. Particularly in these lean patches to sidetrack from the manager. They’ve tried to stealth this through and I smell a Waggott sized rat.
  6. Yesterday the ONE thing we currently have to be proud of (other than the history 1875-2010) was the training ground/academy. Now this.
  7. I thought I knew the “enemies of ewood.” Swag, Venkys, even Mowbray. 12 hours ago I wouldn’t have thought Mark Venus was in the frame at all. Now we have a bloke with form for being the director of a company buying Coventrys training grounds on the cheap and the director of the company developing it. Suddenly we’re selling up to the property developers. Can’t make it up. Put it this way I’d be interested in what his extracurricular are these days.
  8. That really is the 197 million pound question. On their first day I thought we were nothing more than a vanity project for them to brag in the sub continent how they owned an English premier league side. Clearly wasn’t that as still here no one is arsed about a mid table championship side in their circles I’d wager. Then I thought they were asset stripping but that turned out just to be Steve Kean’s incompetence getting rid of any one of value replacing them with dross. It’s a mystery. They’re still here running the club into the ground at personal expense to them. The whole sorry saga is unfathomable.
  9. If the rest of the Ribble valley is anything to go by if they want houses to go up. They go up.
  10. If that thing on that rovers trust is right. To this day I don’t know who they are and what they do. Then perhaps the club knows won’t be able to shift the training centre and the Machiavellian Mowbray will have the next excuse of well if only we could convert the training ground into houses we’d be in the premier league. 😂. What a bloody football club. Rotten throughout.
  11. Didn’t know they were two separate sites. It would appear at the very best they’re looking to downsize. Shysters.
  12. After the last decade I chose to think the worst of the club in all areas and will do so until see evidence to the contrary. But playing devils advocate if there’s nothing in this. (There seems to be 2 separate planning applications in contradicting each other). This is not the time for miscommunications or no communication. Rovers are authors of their own demise. The club is so very poorly run. If there is nothing in it a tiny statement about plans would have cut this dead. But as usual the fans are treated like mushrooms-kept in the dark and fed shit. I think they have an arrogance of who the hell are the fans to want to know our plans. Whether that’s turning the academy into a housing estate or putting up a fence. * If only there was an employee on £300,000 who could foresee these things.
  13. Any gratitude I had for him being the manager as we bank rolled promotion from league one has been totally soured by his various statements this week. We’d decide not to go to ewood again whilst he was in charge. If he carries on I’ll be going but sitting jw lower and giving him both barrels. He won’t be sleeping for that.
  14. Not saying want rovers to lose but for me it’s simple. Win and Mowbray stays - bad day. Lose and Mowbray goes - good day. Win and Mowbray goes - great day.
  15. Terrible for rovers. And terrible for the residents of the Ribble valley with more bloody new builds
  16. My prediction. Finish the season in 14th. Then a nice juicy contract extension for Mowbray.
  17. Have they? No functioning boardroom, fans still alienated, last 4 managers from their old pal Jerome's mates spin off agency, ground going to ruin. They pump the money in to be fair but billionaires chucking money at us doesn’t scream learning from their mistakes.
  18. Out of interest who’s in the HSH circus these days?
  19. We’re undoubtedly his biggest success since getting wba promoted 15 ish years ago. Unfortunately for us with his failure at other clubs little old Blackburn Rovers is the peak for Mowbray. He’s not getting a shot at a team above us or a club bigger than us and he’s certainly not getting a job with such autonomy. He knows this and he’ll hang on to this gravy train with everything he’s got.
