  1. Past hour
  2. He seems to be on podcasts quite regularly. Quite a few of that team are, terrible listening as the Coyle stories are an awful listen
  3. Who wants to start a poll for 'ITK OF THE WINDOW'? πŸ˜… I'd do it myself but I'm out and about....
  4. If signing a player injured, who plays very little or not at all (He may well play yet who knows) then it shows that making the team, let alone improving it, is secondary to ensuring that the signing takes please. For whose benefit is that then, certainly not Blackburn Rovers.
  5. Do we manage to field a team and full set of subs? I remember a couple of decades back seeing Rishton ladies playing Everton or one of the big clubs down on the field behind Norden, Rovers ladies don’t seem far from being back at that point. A remarkable step back.
  6. What is Danny Graham up to these days? I'd wager he could find the net more often than our current set of chumps. Has he stopped harrassing folk in public now?
  7. Ryan Nelsen was a classic but yes plenty of odd ones.
  8. This one https://www.rovers.co.uk/news/2025/july/31/report--barnsley-under-21s-0-3-rovers-under-21s-/
  9. Yes , John Curtis mark 1 full back ,signed on a free from Blackpool , I think .
  10. Indeed, 1-0 to Doncaster Rovers Belles at Millmoor. Not that you'd know if you don't have social media as the last two Women's news pieces on the Rovers website were the appointment of the manager and a match report for their first defeat to Cheadle Town. Seemingly they didn't bother for last weekend's loss at Durham Cestria. If you look at the Fixtures page on the Rovers website, it lists that first game of the season v. Cheadle Town and nothing more. No further fixtures and certainly no Results. I also note you can no longer purchase Rovers Women tickets online. A tremendously half-arsed approach all round. Mind you, it's not as if English women's football is booming. Oh, hang on-
  11. I didn't include him as I was putting him in the Tronstad boat of being decent (albeit fleetingly and very injury prone). Trying to make my point about the lack of quality we have now (and then) if our sole decent midfielder gets injured
  12. One can only guess , fit by Xmas transferred to a foreign club in mid January 26 for an undisclosed fee ? It is absolutely disgusting , that these cretins are allowed to run the club !
  13. Least we had a proven goalscorer (Graham) haven’t got one now
  14. no, it is a friendly, and therefore by definition, not competitive (legally or otherwise)
  15. I just looked at the relegation team from 16/17 and a an injury to Tronstad puts us very much in the realms of Hope Akpan, Jason Lowe and Danny Guthrie
  16. He did address this in his pre-match interview. Confirmed that Baradji came with an existing injury and was going to be assessed this week. So basically they don't know the time scale yet.
  17. Believe they lost again this weekend?
  18. So Pears played a preseason friendly for U21 - does that actually count as a "competitive match" (legally)? (yes tinfoil hat on - too many weird situations at our club regarding so called injuries during the last 15 years)
  19. The one you missed is John Curtis.
  20. I can't be bothered going back through pages and pages, but what do you think we need in terms of incomings? think you said you expect two today, what positions would you like addressed?
  21. You'll notice I used the word "if". It's contextual as in it applies in the case that he does need surgery and is out for a third of the season.
  22. Mitchell, Wood, Hawkins, Butcher, Bradshaw ,Keeley, Fazackerley, Wagstaffe Brotherston , Hird , Svarc , Parkes , Metcalfe , ? Bailey
  23. its was behind closed game in pre season
  24. Barnsley, Bucko also played in this one
