I've always found the staff at Ewood really helpful and patient with old gits like me. I had a problem last week when my granddaughter became me on the ticketing website and she doesn't have anyone in her network so I couldn't order tickets for people in my network. It transpired that our accounts have the same email address (she is 13 and doesn't have an email of her own) and this was causing the problem. It was sorted out on a five minute phone call with an extremely competent lady.

The fact that we have to manage their minutes due to their injury records only makes it more ridiculous that we let Hyam go and didnt replace him. That position will cause us huge issues as the season goes on. And they wont even admit that we are short.

I suppose it makes sense given their records. That said if they are on reduced availability even when fit surely we need another centre back? Also if Wharton is starting I guess that means we are benching McCloughlin who has - his sending off aside - been very good. Puts us in the weird position of starting Miller ahead of two proven centrebacks even though they are available. Hope Miller shows us his quality.

I’m a dinosaur regarding the modern world so I usually have real paper tickets sent out to me by post. The last two times the tickets that I ordered first thing on Tuesday morning and were apparently sent out to me by first class post that evening have failed to arrive. So I’ll be queueing up for replica tickets today. Once, Mm, OK. But twice ?

Thanks for that, rang the ticket office when it opened and they put me right in line with your advice above. They said having problem with automatic updating with IPhones, a bit of a problem when vast majority will have IPhones, could be chaos ! That is an hour and a half that I won’t get back 😂

Think my decent punt on Ipswich at 21/20 will provide some consolation come tonight.

Go into your Apple wallet, open the season ticket pass. Open little circle in top RH corner with 3 dots in it. Touch Notifications and then close automatic updates, then open it. Your e-ticket should update to the Ipswich game.
