I would interpret being all in as being fully confident in the ability of the manager without any big doubts. I was all in on Eustace, but only once he had proven his ability shown by results. Hopefully Ismael will oversee results that lead to a similar level of confidence. But he hasnt and I am not sure if he will. Would it be safe to assume that telling me that its about results before cherry picking random positive statistics, picking out individual decisions and telling me what you think about his media presence, that you are very much "all in" on Ismael?

Yeah my mate didn’t realise the card still worked so he ditched his card in the summer. There’s just no reason to remove the ability to screenshot the ticket as it has been for the last few seasons with digital tickets. He probably can’t go tomorrow. Once upon a time he’d drop it off in the morning and I’d ring around and find someone to go with. Now, I’d have to find someone with a customer number and somehow get him to link to them and officially transfer it whilst he is travelling. And even then it can only be done 6 times a season. It will just mean another empty seat at Ewood 9 or 10 games this season. Suhail and The Gooner don’t care as it’s been paid for. I’ll see what the weathers like and if it’s as bad as forecast I might give it a miss going on my own and just fire up a dodgy streaming site. Two empty seats.

The u21s exist to create players for the first team, not to be a source of entertainment or win leagues. It makes sense that the u21s would be required to use the same system preferred by the first team manager. That is their best chance of being ready if called upon.

So Sheron towed the party line, I have no sympathy for him. A good coach should be able to recognise when a system will not work. He accepted to just carry on.
