We are owned and run by the insane though so to them all of a sudden it makes sense. The attitude there now clearly is 'why spend this, why do that' when you can do it for much less and just stay in the division. Sat in an office in London or India it might make sense to a foreign conglomerates accountants who are being fed this crap by a Blackburn based grifter. In the real football world at Championship level it's a one way ticket to relegation eventually.

I don't recognise the club anymore. It feels as though we're dead. The quality of our first two games has been woeful. I'm expecting relegation. I hate Venkys and all the scum they allow allow to leach along with them. The saddest thing of all is that in years gone by, I'd feel passionate about the state we're in, but Rovers are crossing my mind so rarely now in comparison. That's what they've done. Killed the club in me. I just wish they would fuck off. Fuck off out of my club.

ACD always had something about him it was obvious when he first came here but he lost his way the Championship was too soon for him. He's another year fitter, older, stronger now we'll see this all the time when taking those kinds of loans because WE ARE A DEVELOPMENT club. Just seems maybe more focus is now going on developing our own instead of other peoples. Brighton probably got ACD's loans the wrong way around he should have been in league 1 first but no surprise to me to see him doing well.

It won’t be long before he is up to that standard. If he can stay injury free the sky’s the limit. He’s unique.

Think they are probably close to another overseas recruit, hence the sudden movement on shifting Mafoumbi, from starting the u21s game to if rumours are to be believed, released within 24/48 hours. Have to feel for him, poorly managed and probably given false promises when he signed. Hopefully his career kicks on wherever he chooses to go.

For me it was 5 times too many. Thought that kit was hideous but I do accept that it was designed for the younger ones. Saw more kids wearing that one than adults personally. Also I was at Plymouth so I'm surprised I didn't remember that one. Wasn't a good performance so I probably wiped it from my memory.

I watched with West Brom commentary and they thought Rovers were the much stronger team as the game went on, rather than it being West Brom letting us play. In general it wasn't the worst performance at a difficult venue, but the creativity was way off.

They'll be waiting for Trav to go, so they can cushion the blow with a new signing to convince all the deluded happy clappers that everything is just fine 🙂

Trouble is, we can't rely on other clubs' over-confidence to work in our favour for 45 more games this season. Imagine being able to survive simply on the incompetence and ineptitude of your competition...Ain't happening in the 'eat you up and spit you out' Championship, that's for sure. Cheers Venksters. I was hoping that was gonna be the plan v Bradford when he came on but no one seemed to be able to pick him out apart from cantwell. Need to use the tools in our box if that means we get closer to goal

Not having a winger signed for Saturday's game is a joke. But not surprising.

We were absolutely shite. One half chance a penalty shout out of no where as well as the fact Albion could have had 3 or 4 without trying. On top of that Albion looked like a bottom 3rd side yet miles ahead of us. Dark days.

He's a poor manager. People seem to like him because "he's honest" in his interviews 🤷‍♂️ A couple of people suggesting to me on Twitter that he's better than Eustace also. Really don't get it. Those stats are incredibly damning.

Don't understand why Forest haven't just paid him off and waved goodbye, he's of absolutely no use to them, or us, or anyone.

Out strongest starting lineup for the U21s in my opinion would include Michalski, Tyjon, Montgomery, Batty, Duru, & Boggan (who are all still considered U21 players). O'Grady-Macken, Goddard, Olson & Pratt would also come into the thinking of many. Obviously some of those mentioned above were with the first team (due to the first team being underfunded), but some of the more physically developed played ie Pratt may have been useful against a team of adults from the 5th tier. Mafoumbi would be no where near our strongest 11, Joseph I am not sure but I think is injured, haven't seen that he has been involved for either U21s or U18s during pre season (although there has been limited reported of both teams), as far as I know the same also applies to Mansbridge, Leeming & Holt. Re Joseph, (1 sub appearance for the U21s aside), he has also not played above U18s level, so expecting him to have an impact against a National League team might be a leap too far

Dennis was a waste of space when here last season - couldn't pass, wouldn't tackle, didn't know where the goals were, ambled around without actually contributing anything except conceding possession to the opposition, carefree and care-less attitude, no attempt to bond with the fans, showed little or no interest in any of the games he came on for... THAT waste of space can go rot in Forest's reserves forever and we will be no worse off. Listen up, VENKWANKERS, there is precious little going for Blackburn at the best of times, and only a bunch of cynical morons would deliberately dismantle something with the history and pedigree of Blackburn Rovers simply because they can.
