As far Gestede, IMO, he is seriously fathoms out of his depth. When you have two individuals like Pasha and Gestede, who almost certainly doff their caps to the Raos, running football operations, I think it's inevitable there will be an accelerated and unremitting degradation of our once proud and respected club.
