For me it’s…. Toth Alebiosu O’riordan McLaughlin. Cashin Sonny. Baradji jorgensen. Cantwell Morishita Ohashi Subs - Michalski, Miller, Carter, Pickering, Forshaw, Montgomery, TGH, Doherty, Henriksson, Gudjohnson. Start on the front foot. Though we don’t have many attacking options in those wide areas. -
Home Alone had the great Joe Pesci so you'll have to answer to him for that sacreligistic (new word!) comment 😁

I’m having a hard time believing that the likes of Cadamarteri and Dapo have the quality to save us from League One. -

Only just realised that the window is open until 7pm on Monday night. Does anyone know what time any new signings would have to be made to be available for Tuesday? - Yesterday

Venky’s (& Suhail) Out Protest Ideas
Vinjay replied to DuffsLeftPeg's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
It's a good thing I've become almost numb to shock (which probably isn't mentally normal in itself) as I probably would have had a heart attack after something I saw earlier this evening. Nothing to do with Venkys or Pasha (this is just the most relevant thread to post in right now) but there are some things where the odds are so great you have to wonder what the hell is going on. Some sort of universal force we just can't comprehend. This is a purely personal thing several years ago (long before I posted on here) I might only discuss it with a couple of somewhat trusted people. Given I have no intention of posting regularly on here again (especially after my 40th birthday which in football terms is quite a relevant age even though I'm certainly no footballer) it does not really matter anyway. Overall it changes nothing in regards to certain people. -

At what point do the people in charge take a step back and consider the fact that they've really fucked things up? -
Can't say I really cared much for the Home Alone films, but she was terrific in 'After Hours' and her appearances in 'Curb' are legendary. Very sad. 💔

There were posts all over the internet 2 or 3 years ago from Venkyclappers saying "Without the Venkys we'd end up like Derby" Yes please -
It always ends up fan v fan. No doubt if Venkys left and the new owner took us out of existence, it would be blamed on those who boycotted. Obviously it wouldn't be their fault, but they'd be beaten with that stick. It's opinions on a computer screen and people have strong opinions, but they don't really affect what happens, not really.

2 of their goalscorers tonight are on loan, 1 was a free transfer. Granted they spent a bit on Agmeyang but it's paying off as it stands... If they add Szmodics to their ranks they'll be well up there. -
I can't say that any fan has 'caused' it. What I can say is that there is still a section of fans who actively support a regime that has caused nothing but misery. So called supporters that have physically threatened protestors and so called supporters that partake in pile ons on social media and on the LT comments to anyone anti Venkys. To me that is a validation of shit ownership despite all of the evidence smacking them between the eyes and, yes, through that validation they have the club they deserve and I make no apology for saying it.

I'm gutted. She was only 71. I must admit that I saw her first in Home Alone, but the banana dance in Beetlejuice is so good. Rest in peace, dear. 😢
-
I honestly don't understand the logic that some fans deserve what has happened. What has any fan actually done which has caused the downfall of the club ?
-
I always keep an eye on the managers and coaches who did well with us - from Sparky, Souness, Eustace, etc. I’ll always be grateful for the good and better times. As for Eustace, fair play to him. He’s a hell of a lot better than the sack of **** Ismael we have to put up with.
-
Because he was shunted out because he possesses the one thing the hierarchy have never possessed in the last 15 years - ambition. And if it has to be pointed out indirectly by bringing him up to some of our bone headed fans who thought he was the devil incarnate then so be it - they have got the club they deserve.

Derby forward Ben Brereton Diaz speaking to BBC Radio Derby: "We had fun out there. It was a brilliant night - a great team effort and we're buzzing to travel that distance and put on a great team performance. "We're always positive going into games. We had a good week in training and we've always got that belief. "We were excited and knew a place in the top six was at stake if we won. You saw lads cramping up because we did a lot of running. "Everyone was doing their jobs and we played some really good football, scoring really good goals. you don’t have to have huge amounts of dosh. You do need players who want to play for you because they are motivated. Play off position for Derby. -
Championship Season 25-26

He's the perfect example of everything wrong with this football club. He is the proof that it is the owners that are the problem. Why wouldn't you be bothered that a capable, up and coming manager left a club in 6th place to join a club who were bottom of the league. Then 12 months later, the clubs have completely switched places? That's why people like me keep bringing him up, we're not obsessed with him, I've nothing against him, he seems a decent bloke and he's obviously a good manager. We bring him up because his last year and a half in football sums up the last decade and a half at Ewood Park. -
Don't really know why anyone gives a shit about him one way or the other. He's become an obsession with some people on both sides of the argument.
-
The perfect Venky master plan is coming to fruition. Our 150th anniversary plagued with failure and embarrassment, probably relegation to League One whilst the manager and players we needlessly forced out sit in the top 6. It isn't an accident, it isn't bad advice, it's unforgivable.

I have often thought fan vs fan will be the end of this club, up against billionaire owners. I stand by it.
