joey_big_nose
I think we should be looking for 17 points out of the games up to Jan 2 vs Portsmouth. Everton W West Ham W Fulham W Middlesbrough D Sunderland W Wigan D Portsmouth W 363790 I think you are going to be a disappointed man. Thats championsleague form! 1864roverite
Rovers have the ability to win at least 5 of those games which would be nice. JHC if we won all 7 then how good would that be, running into the bolton boys on a run that good, even better if we have won the carling cup tie and the fa cup tie as well. People can dream, but hey, its nearly Christmas Time, the season of dreams Edited December 1, 2005 by 1864roverite
Esulx
Wont the quarter final match in the Carling Cup happen in December? That may put one of these fixtures out.

philipl
Not doing well with the "easier" fixtures are we? And with Dickov, Neill, Bellamy and Nelsen in all probability out of the Boxing Day trip to Boro, that's another defeat to be expected. Having a good run of wins Sunderland, Wigan, Pompey suddenly looks rather important if a top half finish is to be achieved.

Bobby G
Yep just saw the official site... Disappointing...Idiot Neill for the way he got it. Dickov always argues so its a habit of a lifetime... Oh well, we might as well win the league cup match in exchange for the league one...
USABlue
fantastic posts and bottom line is it ALL probably depends on our next few games. like i said earlier 12 points should be a decent enough minimum target for us from the next 18 points. 363403 So win the next three and we did it. Highley unlikely though.

joey_big_nose
Everton (h) 0-2 West Ham (h) 3-2 Fulham (a) 1-2 Middlesboro (a) 2-0 Sunderland (h) ?-? Pompey (h) ?-? The consensus was that we needed around twelve points from these games. So really we have to be hoping to win the next two. That would be excellent! Things progressing nicely!
