Rover4ever
Excellent stuff, however Arsenal had 3-4 decent chances in the 2nd half. Fabregas penalty chance was 50-50, could easily have been a penalty. The Table makes for great reading now, Small town Rovers 5th in the EPL! yellowsubmarine
FANTASTIC. The team played as one! From the back to the front. No one had a bad game. Todd was majestic. Nelsen was rocksolid. Friedel was focused. Savage was funny. Reid was strong. Tugay looked young. Bellamy was annoying with pace. Pedersen scored a goal. Welcome back to the Premiership, Arsenal. James No. 7
The Arse'... they don't like it up 'em! Good one, Rovers! We were brilliant. Plenty of heart. Bellamy has proven just how necessary he is to our European aspirations with his performance. He deserved man of the match over Todd, but Todd also played brilliantly. modes98
never doubted it for a second! Fantastic first half, not to bad second. 5th place! Brad, Lucas, Todd, Micky, Tugs, Sav, Reidy, Bellers all had great games.
Rover4ever
You know what i really liked about this match? That we beat Arsenal by playing Football, not by fouling and hacking them down. In fact they had as many bad fouls as we did, wonder what Whinger will say now ?

herbergeehh
Robbie Savage, step forward. What a player in these games, and the same goes for Reidy. Through and through a quality performance, my heart condition would have preferred introducing Mokoena earlier though! Friedel 7 - solid! Neill 7 - solid! Todd 8 - rock solid! Nelsen 8 - see above Reid 7 - hard working, good passing Tugay 8 - the maestro too old ? Hardly. Savage 8 - fantastic machine in the centre! MGP - can't complain, good run for the goal Peter 6 - tried, sometimes too hard. Bellamy 9 - pain in the a$$ for ninety minutes. Made Senderos look like a schoolboy. Sinama 6 - always a threat with pace, but didn't do much. Bentley did well when coming on, as did Mokoena to stabilize. Great pass by Bentley for Bellamy to race through also.. Blackburn Rovers: 9 - class act! EDIT: Can a mod please get the result into the topicname? Edited February 25, 2006 by herbergeehh

FourLaneBlue
We've just beat the team that won away at the Bernabeau. Superb result. These are heady times for Rovers. We should fear no team at home...and that includes Chelsea. If we can sort out the away form then we should be aiming for the top 4, not just a Uefa Cup spot.
