I hope that source is reliable.

I actually hope they're not, as then it would be incorrect.

If true, a terrible day for the club. My sincere condolences to his family and friends- the only solace I can offer is that he will live on forever in the club's memory.

It is true sadly. One of my earliest hero's. I understand Ronnie died suddenly. One of life's gentleman through and through. A credit to the club, a credit to England and a fine Captain of both.

The timing of his passing away could not be more poignant as the old regime is replaced with a new one at the club.

Living as close to the ground as I do, I always saw Ronnie out and around the ground. However, not seen him now for quite a while. Has he been ill?

True Rovers Legend. Never had the opportunity to watch him play but RIP Rovers and England captain.

Hopefully a minute silence before the game tomorrow.

Lets sing his name loud and proud. Only 1 Ronnie Clayton, 1 Ronnie Clayton.
