Roverthechimp Posted March 15, 2014 Posted March 15, 2014 http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/26587077 Anelka 'terminates' his West Brom contract to preserve his integrity...pretty disgusting really! Talk about funny - WBA refuse to accept the termination and fire him because of it... Is it just me or does that scream that they are terrified of footballers being able to just quit in the middle of a contract (even if in this case they clearly wanted rid)?
Stuart Posted March 15, 2014 Author Posted March 15, 2014 All kicking off at the end of Villa-Chelsea. Willian and Ramires sent off. Mourinho sent off in injury time. 1-0 Villa win.
Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted March 16, 2014 Moderation Lead Posted March 16, 2014 Delph looked to have a class game for Villa, cheeky finish for the goal as well. That Ramires 'tackle' was horrific at the end, didn't see the first Willian booking, but the second one was harsh imo.
thenodrog Posted March 16, 2014 Posted March 16, 2014 That Ramires 'tackle' was horrific at the end, didn't see the first Willian booking, but the second one was harsh imo. First was well deserved, second was indeed a joke. However mourhino must take some blame for leaving a player already on a yellow on the pitch, as usual nothing was said about that. I guess its just unusual for mourhino's Chelsea to come up against a ref who is not in fear of their aura and status.
chaddyrovers Posted March 16, 2014 Posted March 16, 2014 I thought Villa were very good yesterday and deserve to win tbh. Delph and Westwood in centre mid were good in there. Paul Lambert has done great job at Villa where he has had to cut the wage budget and getting high wage earners like Bent, Warnock, Hutton and Given out of the club and replacing them with Players on lower wages. Also Hughes at Stoke is doing a great job in change their playing style and signed some good players like Ireland and Arnautovic. always said neither of these clubs would go down at the start of the season. I actually think Palace will go down with Fulham and Cardiff
JAL Posted March 16, 2014 Posted March 16, 2014 Where was the fourth official hiding when they all went onto the Villa pitch.
roverandout Posted March 16, 2014 Posted March 16, 2014 chaddy still obsessed with slashing wage bills, do you have a fetish for this chaddy?
chaddyrovers Posted March 16, 2014 Posted March 16, 2014 chaddy still obsessed with slashing wage bills, do you have a fetish for this chaddy? That what Lambert said he had to do when he got the Villa job. Cutting the wage bill and keeping them in the PL. hes done his jobHaha. better than your constant moaning and groaning that your fetish is.
Majiball Posted March 16, 2014 Posted March 16, 2014 I hope you're enjoying Karma Mr Moyes, that'll teach you to lie about rovers fans, enjoy the UEFA cup next season! And now it's 0-3, ROFLMAO
adopted scouser Posted March 16, 2014 Posted March 16, 2014 Liverpool outplayed United in every area, superb
Al Posted March 16, 2014 Posted March 16, 2014 I you're enjoying Karma Mr Moyes, that'll teach you to lie about rovers fans, enjoy the UEFA cup next season!3-0 to Liverpool now and a missed penalty to boot. Ferguson's face is an absolute picture.
Oklahoma Posted March 16, 2014 Posted March 16, 2014 And Moyes continues to make history in Man Utd 0-3, Vidic sent off I predict that they won't even get European football next season.
Backroom DE. Posted March 16, 2014 Backroom Posted March 16, 2014 Moyes has absolutely ripped the guts out of United. It's like they were trying to get him sacked three penalties, and it should have been four!
Majiball Posted March 16, 2014 Posted March 16, 2014 3-0 to Liverpool now and a missed penalty to boot. Ferguson's face is an absolute picture. Manchester United, made and destroyed in Scotland! Fergie must be fuming but mostly at himself, how on earth he thought Moyes could carry on his legacy I'll never know.
roversfan99 Posted March 16, 2014 Posted March 16, 2014 That what Lambert said he had to do when he got the Villa job. Cutting the wage bill and keeping them in the PL. hes done his job Haha. better than your constant moaning and groaning that your fetish is. The thing is, he hasn't done anything. The 4 players you mention are not of any use, and it's not Lambert that's getting rid, like Bowyer here, its people above him that are negotiating their departures.
Stuart Posted March 16, 2014 Author Posted March 16, 2014 When a referee gives not one but THREE penalties at Old Trafford, you know the good times are over. Two of them definitely wouldn't have been given if Fergie had been in charge. The last one there was no contact - although Neville was so at pains to try to be impartial he gave Vidic plenty of stick. Hee hee.
davulsukur Posted March 16, 2014 Posted March 16, 2014 Brilliant to see Utd playing so badly. Never expected them to fall so spectacularly. Enjoy it, as who knows how long it will last.
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted March 16, 2014 Posted March 16, 2014 Suicidal defending by Utd,Scousers looking for the penalty every time. Tee hee
Majiball Posted March 16, 2014 Posted March 16, 2014 Suicidal defending by Utd,Scousers looking for the penalty every time. Tee hee Are you implying that the scousers have gone to United and robbed them?
Al Posted March 16, 2014 Posted March 16, 2014 Are you implying that the scousers have gone to United and robbed them? In the words of the Aldi mouse "Like it, like it".
Oklahoma Posted March 16, 2014 Posted March 16, 2014 Arsenal already winning at White Hart Lane. But it seems Spurs are trying to respond...
Backroom DE. Posted March 16, 2014 Backroom Posted March 16, 2014 Spurs have looked decent this second half, surprised they haven't been able to score yet.
yoda Posted March 16, 2014 Posted March 16, 2014 Are you implying that the scousers have gone to United and robbed them? Moyes started the rot it seems, Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers said he was surprised that Moyes had labelled his side as favourites for the game at Old Trafford before kick-off. Rodgers said: "I would never say that at Liverpool, even if we were bottom of the league. Anfield is Anfield." Moyes responded: "I just thought Liverpool were above us in the league and playing well and that any average person would have said the same." Aspiring to be average, that does not even put him on Shebby's radar
