I try and take everyone at face value but surly you understand the damage that Venkys have caused? The need for stable ownership? People running the club that care. After everything that has happened no one can say     they're just a football fan, are only concerned what happens on the pitch. It's all connected and if they're allowed to carry on we won't have a club left to support.

I think you'll find most fans are exactly the kind you describe. I see it as two distinct things.

The oy reason I'm boycotting this season is specifically because Venky's spent my ST money before they even had it. So they can suck it up.

In the event of a good half ST deal, I may be back by Christmas.

Fair enough on your stance about the season ticket, I'll be sticking to away games myself. I wish it could just be about the football but then Venkys came along. We're falling off a cliff and people are clapping.

I'm just a football fan. None of that means a thing to me.

Not at all tony. I can talk reasonably intelligently about football, but when it comes to stuff like that, I'm a bit thick. Sorry.

Fair enough, in that case just concentrate on football and stop antagonising your fellow fans that very much do care about the ownership and the threat it brings to the very survival of football being played at Ewood Park.

Correct. Mrs Desai is no longer fit and proper hence her disappearance she's being prosecuted in India over the lavasa village fiasco.

Balaji Jerome.... where is the place you meet like this? What's forbidden in India but allowed in the Far East and is rife, which country got scrutiny over fixing (Scudamores words) Which goldie looking no chain has restrictions on what countries he can enter?

Mrs Desai - has she been convicted? Has she actually been deemed to have failed 'fit & proper' and by whom?

She still appears on the Rovers site as one of the 3 beneficial owners of the Club and as such remains influential.

I'm guessing that's why there was the change of ownership documentation filed, which showed Bala bling and Confused as the owners.

Perhaps the jailbird couldn't bear the thought of failing the fit and proper owners test.

(note: she isn't in jail and she's already failed the test of being fit)

Yes of course I do but chanting it achieves absolutely nothing! What has it achieved? Enlighten me! Seven years of chanting and they seem more intent now of staying than ever before so it's probably had the opposite effect! All it does is create a very negative atmosphere

Can't believe we are still having to educate folk after so much @#/? of the last 7 years.

To name but two changes, at the height of the Anti-Venky movement they brought in two hatchet men: Shebby Singh and Paul Senior. This saw off Kean and Coyle. Venkys DO react, it's just that we are not that important to them and decisions will be made once a quarter.

Without any fan unrest we would still be paying Steve Kean.

You're Welcome.

However, I look forward to Venkys throwing money at League One. Actually, no, I'll take one transfer fee at this stage (and not undisclosed).

Oh dear. Not every owner sets up a company in February 2010 using mossack fonseca lawyers (panama leak fame) with Jerome Anderson, Swiss banker Phillippe Huber and a dodgy Italian astrocrat with family links to the Italian mafiain indoo sella di montulece, this clan and this company are true a brief oversight of the sporting agreement held was covered by the media source spirtskeedia. The Rao family did, these lot didn't get hoodwinked for ten months they created a company called Crescendo Sports Limited based in Begawan, Brunei nr Singapore. It's up with the BVI and Barbados as notorious tax havens but most importantly the secrecy of ownership and company directors of companies as account records need not be filled, fantastic for clouding authorities chasing you.

Trio of Huber, Anderson and Sella all had a brockhall office recently confirmed to me by ex staff, moment I showed them pictures they spotted them straight away, they also had a company at the same time called Global Stars Fund Eleven, this fund was worth 20 million and 8 million came from Bani Yas FC owner with his money managed by Paul Wynne now in Australia. The first experiment was a player you'll remember, Mauro Formica, despite having an argentine cap he failed U.K. Work permit rules whilst the FA noted he was a 3rd party player. He was subsequently assigned to Newells old Boys were Rovers paid 3.5 million and rising for this lad from Newells with the fee split out between the trio. Player after three fa refusals suddenly got granted a fa transfer approved, why? Indoo Sella finally provided a passport for Italy. Master plan underway venkys provided initial capital and set up with Companies house Venkys Xpress, this company was to come to the UK to rival KFC types etc. Crescendo were to supply or lease the players get them on tv a few times, increase value and sell whilst on tv and the club generally got Venkys branding to PR the new company. Rovers however had Kean and Jensen and numerous SEM players on the books, Jerome realised more money could be made short term by commisions so traded any old player and sold what he could scooping those fees. He shafted everyone but the Venkys allowed this they got into bed with him and signed not one but two management contracts the vhpl and crescendo and vhpl and kentaro contracts. They could have googled for two minutes who sem was and realised Jerome was that too. Jonathan hill ex fa commercial director and kentaro CEO also confirmed that suhail pasha was a frequent visitor to there London office well before the takeover to watch games with JA. Ja also tried using bassini to take rovers for this plan but knowing he'd fail and not provide capital found Venkys, bassini admitted this in court along with the 500 k he got from Anderson to buy wTford.

Whilst this was also going on the Venkys also had another agreement with Kentaro an fa affiliated partner, there agreement was to manage day to day activities, responsible for recruitment and merchandising opportunities.  Venkys paid in 2013 monies to terminate this one but never the crescendo deal, despite pincher staging it was due to expire on takeover it never did and the fa as of last month would not request it.

step forward Paul Agnew and Steve kean, untouchables for those who've seen keans excessive additional and basics salaries and bonuses a cool 3 million a year around top 20 salary in football at the time, did you note the continuous service line in the contract and the length of this? It's important as they both were employee of crescendo way before Venkys even took over or were even reported. They had a crescendo contract.

so much has gone on at this club and we might not deserve a sugar daddy owner but we @#/? on my life deserve a fit proper and honest owner and be assured there are many people with fortunes eclipsing jack wanting to get this club back in rightful hands.

I'm sure some of that is true but some of ot certainly isn't.  Formica was performing well at Newell's Old Boys for years before he was bought by Rovers and he actually got his Argentina cap whilst at Rovers. Also, re the timeline of events, Venkys didn't create Crescendo and if they did, it wouldn't have been possible for Kean and Agnew to then  have been employees of Crescendo way before the takeover.

Sorry to pick fault but I'm not a fan of rumour or mis-information, this harks back to the old dossier days where we were tantalisingly teased for years.  We all deserve to know the truth of what's gone on but rumours soon become facts on here.

Also, references to taking 30million out in transfer fees and investing 250k skirts over the facts. We are bleeding money and most of that 30m 'disappeared' paying off present and previous dross and covering costs due to our massive drop in income. How much filters it's way back to agents and whether it is a tactical way of someone getting rich, is open to debate.

She's in the midst of proceedings I believe in India. Lavasa owed a lot of money to a Swiss hedge fund whom initially invested in the project.

As I thought.

The Lavasa investors had a problem over how some of the land was acquired and who was paid for it.

It has been in the Indian courts for years already and I cannot find anything reasonably up to date.

As far as I can tell Mrs D has not yet been convicted of any offence and neither has any authority deemed her unfit as an English football club owner.

As previously said she is as of today listed as a beneficial owner of Rovers on the Club's own website.

I am most certainly not defending Desai and I am very happy to be proven wrong in my understanding.

Lots of legal action being taken. Firstly I think the borrowing to continually fund rovers was secured against the future values of this land. So not the land itself but the rate it grows in value per annum which given the area is a heck of allot in one of the worlds fastest growing cities.

From what I can gather Mrs Desai balaji and Venky and got a piece divided up by themselves of pops,it's balajis share which was loaned against.

about 2 years ago action was being taken in India to get the land back and to suggest paperwork issues over ownership is an understatement hence no SBOI funding since then.

March this year the swiss launched a claim against the lavassa set up for repayment of money lent which is what is currently underway. Given Desai is one of the big players in lavassa if she loses this she's liable for a big proportion of cost not to mention being caught up in it is almost enough under fit and proper test to take action.

Thanks.

It is so complex and difficult to follow the money trail, by design I'm sure.

It is a damm shame that these sort of high end court actions take so long to get to judgement.

The land acquisition goes back 6 or so years already.

As Rovers appear to have been bought by borrowings does this suggest that some lender or other interested party is in a position to stop a sale of Rovers as by the use of financial instrument/ vehicles lenders could have a claim on UK assets.

I still favour continued ownership being a tax dodge somewhere.

Yes good idea and it would be good to be able to choose to avoid Dingle WUMS in this thread.

I do NOT mean you blueboy! :)

Glad it was taken in the right spirit ARA, it wasn't a criticism.  This will be the most popular (and enjoyable) thread of the summer anyway, no need to clutter it up with other stuff, and especially not stuff about the arses in India.

Anyway, TRANSFERS. Turkish Messi. Dicksmalldick etc etc :)
