Will there be a call to sack Pasha, Gestede and Valerian given results and transfer window?

Pasha is unsackable ... if you guys still thinking Vs own us...nobody can help ... Even if Vs wanna walk (they can't till SBI ready to write off debt) , Pasha and Co(KENTARO) will find another disinterested party with credit score to keep going ...

Please could you explain, in plain English, how & why the SBI would have to write off debt if Venky’s decide to sell the club. I am struggling to grasp your logic.

I think he is alluding to the idea that Venky's are not ( never were)the real owners, but Kentaro, now under another name(s). The SBI stuff I don't get...

It's in relation to an article posted on here a couple of weeks ago about how the Indian banks would loan large sums of money to wealthy individuals or companies for whatever reason and then when things came to a head they would just write off the debt.

I'll have a look at seeing if I can find it again as it was an interesting read. Pure corruption obviously, but you'd have to have the naivety of a toddler to not think that's the sort of world venkys operate in.

As for them being just the face of ownership, the last 15 years has had enough mental shit happening to suggest this is at least a possibility.

If the fanbase doesn't rise up now, we never will and -for what it is worth- I have come to believe we never will.

I get the allusion…but struggle with it; the SBI stuff I simply can’t get my head around 🤷‍♂️

That's my take on things also. The total apathy amongst a lot of our supporters is alarming. Almost embarrassing.

The club’s parent is VLL, a UK registered entity. It has a (very modest) unsecured overdraft from SBI. If V’s decide to sell the club without paying off that overdraft, SBI would simply squeeze the credit lines elsewhere in the group until they got paid. They wouldn’t just shrug their shoulders and go “never mind…”

To suggest otherwise I find to be completely incredible…

They have no interest in selling the club. I’m pretty convinced it’s nothing to do with what’s owed, or what would be repaid, it’s about burying the truth.

The whole thing stinks of corruption.

Agreed.

Don't think our fans care enough to give a huge effort to get rid.

Feel like any pressure has gone?

Not sure what's happened to WATR or the coalition, lots of ideas but seen nothing sadly

Its not that people dont care. Its that it feels like nothing anyone does makes any difference sadly.

Obviously the people in the coalition etc have also got work, families etc, it seems unrealistic for people otherwise not doing anything come on here and expect people to have made significant inroads in a way that seems impossible.

We were never purchased with Vs money , Collateral was allegedly put in SBI for SBI to issue an instrument e.g BG,SBLC or some form of FI, they launch that in a 3rd bank or an UK Branch of SBI and get a LTV(loan to value) or OD and use this to buy rovers and spend on rovers .... ROVERS are declared an overseas investment to SBI ...which is why the MOFI came after them when they allegedly used funds for parties and buying residential unit which the facilities was not intended for ...

i'm not a financial forensics journalist but i'm in the sector to vaguely put 2 and 2 together ... which is why i can safely say ... the lynchpin is Suhail and puppeteers either Kentaro and Co... incase anyone ask what Vs have to gain ... Overseas money channel , inflated contract for patsies , a payment vehicle overseas for local favors ...PRISTIEGE of owning ENGLISH TEAM ... i can go on ...

Thanks but I think it’s a lot simpler than you paint it. Companies borrow money to buy assets all the time. In the UK we call these mortgages…
When a bank lends money it is the loan that is an asset in their books, not the thing purchased with the loan.
I simply do not understand how you can claim that Rovers are an investment to anyone other than the shareholders of VLL.

What you write about SBI above & how these loans are represented is I’m afraid fanciful…

International accounting standards must apply.
