tomphil Posted August 10, 2021 Posted August 10, 2021 Tonights excuse will probably be the boys reeling from Armstrong leaving. Very young emotional squad. The owners understand. Quote

My point being he'd talk his way out of it even if they did take any notice. In my humble opinion it's the middleman whose the rat in the woodwork at Ewood. They might listen to him but he's probably not painting the true picture. Keeping himself in a nice comfortable position. If he spoke up loud enough surely they'd listen as that's his job. Allegedly. 1 Quote
roversfan99 Posted March 22, 2022 Posted March 22, 2022 Any sign of the owners actually attending a game this season? As owners who do care and are only hindered from pushing their ambition by those pesky FFP regulations, surely they can at least attend a game? Quote

I suppose they had an excuse with the Covid regulations but that doesn’t wash anymore. If by some miracle we got to Wembley you could bet your house that they’d rock up for the limelight. 1 Quote
Mattyblue Posted March 22, 2022 Posted March 22, 2022 Remember when folk on social media got all giddy just because some minion at Ewood re-hashed their ‘Letter to the Fans’ for about the fifth time… but this time they *REALLY* meant it, I mean there was an 🥚 on the letterhead and everything! 3 Quote
roversfan99 Posted April 10, 2022 Posted April 10, 2022 2 more home games left, are Venkys still going to grace us with their presence? Quote
tomphil Posted April 10, 2022 Posted April 10, 2022 We want to put the club back in the Premier league that remains the ultimate goal. Except for when it becomes a real possibility and we'll ignore it then leave a guy with midtable stamped in his DNA in charge forever. 4 Quote
Popular Post SuperBrfc Posted April 10, 2022 Popular Post Posted April 10, 2022 I don't think they'll be showing their faces at Ewood for a long time yet. They wanted to fund a double promotion back in 2018, apparently. Ok, the opportunity is under your nose in January 2022. Let's do this. Well? Nope. Nothing. "This is Blackburn Rovers. This club should be in the Premier League". Ok, the opportunity is under your nose in January 2022. Let's do this. Well? Nope. Nothing. Absolute wasters the lot of them. 13 Quote
