Markanday has been released @MarkBRFC like I hope for. rightly so. Not good enough. 

I have Surprised Forshaw hasn't had been offered a new contract given Ismael comments post season and the fact he was picked over Buckley and JRC.

I am surprised we let Markanday go as I assume after a decent season in the lower leagues he is worth something? But maybe there is a contractual impediment to activating the option to only try and sell?

Hope that they’ve offered Batth a proper contract and they’ve not tried to lowball him.  Slightly worrying they’ve not announced him as signing on if they’ve offered a contract already.

Ruthless, agree with the majority of the decisions.

Possibly would have kept Markanday as back up, but hasn’t shown enough at championship level to warrant another contract.

Id argue ruthless would have been getting shut of Hedges and also on the back of his age and current injury status, not offering Weimann another year.

Personally see it as cost cutting, they could have triggered an extension and tried to sell for money, yet letting him leave for free.

what the issue with given Weimann a new deal? he is goal threat, can play a different attacking positions. another good squad player option
