Unless the solicitors have agreed to a very small logo and it will be an asymmetric design, don't think it will be - you wouldnt see half of their name.

Possibly, like the old McEwan or more recent crown/probiz(!!!) ones. Generally I don't like the panel as to me it unbalances the half shirt, but the contrast on that image works well

It's supposed to be a 150th anniversary. There should be no sponsorships on the shirt at all.

Maybe Black and Red stripes or quarters for the away kit? 

Probably Yellow version of the 3rd kit
