Got to say De Neve has been a busy lad down this side, that break away shows he has pace and control at his feet. Quietly impressed by the lad and can whip in a cross. Over committing to challenges worries me but can let that slide from his contributions

Not sure I’d say excellent given several misplaced passes. But it looks his natural position and he does make stuff happen. That probably makes him first choice in that position at the moment.

De Neve has an uncanny knack of being in the right place, fair play to him. Struggles when he has it but if he doesnt know where the ball is going the opponents definitely wont!

Alebiosu is looking a belting find.

We haven’t been great - and have missed a few good chances, but Sheffield have been dreadful.

I expected that they would be in a false position, but based on that half, they are where they deserve to be.

Set the tone for them when their GK was wasting time in literally the first minute.

Glad we got the goal we deserved, but need a couple more - all it takes is one mistake and even the poorest side can get a goal.

Gudjohnsen's low drilled cross was the highlight of our goal. Excellent, precise ball with pace. 

Where did the Sheff Utd defence go, though? The majority just seemed to vanish.

An interesting point on De Neve is he was on the same team as Abeliousu but (correct me if wrong) was rated much higher

Great ball by Gudjohnsen (to De Neve) - has showed decent football intelligence on a few occasions but just doesn't inspire any confidence that he will score a goal...

I'm hopeful about everyone who puts on the halves, but De Neve & Wilcox even being referenced to each other is a little too much for me, at least at this point in time.

I think he’s been good this half, works hard but like most of the team lacks quality. He has a bit of pace and has put it to good use, albeit with a poor final ball.

That was looking like another decent performance without scoring that was gonna be punished first chance the opposition had. 

Fair play Toth keeping us in at and a bit of fortune for the goal, that was deffo a shot from De Neve.

Hopefully the goal breeds a bit of confidence into us now in front of goal 🤞

Decent enough half until we get into the final third and then we're truly desperate.

The question is: Can we keep a clean sheet second half? I dont think you can rely on us to score another.
