bluebruce Posted yesterday at 19:16 Posted yesterday at 19:16 Quite a lot of noise that Arsenal are still looking to sign Tyjon. Also saw a claim that one of the offers we rejected for him in the summer was 2.2 million, which is far higher than I'd seen before, and that he's now available for about 1 mill. If that's the case (as long as the 2.2 wasn't 80% in add ons) you have to question why we would turn that down. Which means we probably didn't, but assuming it's true for a second you'd surely go straight to the player and say 'look is there any way you're signing this deal or not?'. And if the answer is no you flog him. Keeping him, refusing to play him cos he won't sign, and seeing his market value halve 6 months later is just fucking dumb. 1 Quote

DutchRover Posted yesterday at 19:59 Posted yesterday at 19:59 Last thing we need is a loan CB, we already have enough young guys from academy there. If we do get a CB it has to be an experienced guy with impeccable fitness record, ideally some international games.... Someone like that Wrexham Captain Dom Hyam.... Quote

Spurs have recalled Dorrington just six months into his loan spell, having only been given a handful of starts in the Scottish Premiership, as well as some minutes across Europe. Also seen a few concerns with his ariel ability edit - suppose the Cashin move means we do not have to worry about that though Edited yesterday at 20:09 by KentExile Quote

Brighton apparently more bothered about his playing time than his wage contribution, so will have specified that he starts (or Rovers will face a financial penalty etc) Edited yesterday at 20:15 by KentExile 1 Quote
