I've thought of a better protest, for the Blackburn Rovers v Sheff Wed match. Both clubs are in dire straits, how about nobody turns up for the game.

Re-arranged night game low crowd expected anyway.

Getting Blackburn Rovers back on track, and change at Ewood.

That quote is from Jim not me. I understand because I'm always doing it!

Are they free or half price again as per Ipswich ?

Not sure. Was going off something Kidder St said.

Personally I dont think it matters in the slightest which match is chosen, just do it and get the ball rolling.

Why would it? They'll just shrug their shoulders - even assuming they know about it

It hasn't even happened yet and you can see it's already having an effect. The club are rattled, hence why they released that statement yesterday.

it will look like there will be nobody there, can`t see more than 5000 tbh, though the club will deny this and put the figure at 12/13 k😆

Most clubs only announce the tickets sold, and not the numbers that go through the turnstile. I think only a handful announce the actual number.

Technically, there could be zero people in the stadium, but a "Thank you for your continued support" to an attendance of "11,000".

If it needs changing to be more transparent, then it is up to the EFL to enforce it. It is a bizarre thing if you ask me.

Anyone worrying over the attendance given out by the club needn't worry at all. You'll have BBC news/radio, Sky and commercial radio and Tv people at the game, they won't be lied to, their own eyes will tell them the gate is down, up or similar as ever week.

It was obvious at Hillsborough the boycotts were a massive success after the first few got the football community chattering, we’ll need a few more after this to keep ramming the message home.

That’s why we then need the actual number in the ground from the police via the freedom of information request. The club will look (even) more ridiculous if there’s a discrepancy of circa 5,000 people.

How many actual ST holders are there to be counted in, barely 9k ?

So they still need to shift over 2k match tickets to make the usual 11k+.

A record number of complimentary's issued for tomorrow no doubt.
