It's not been obvious to many. I've been saying for years that they don't want promotion and are actively sabotaging any chances of achieving it. Was always met with the usual naysayers pontificating how ridiculous it is that they would turn down all that prem money, completely ignoring the last 15 years and the fact they deliberately relegated the club from the premier league as soon as they could. Now the club themselves have confirmed what I was saying all along. Makes me wonder what else I've been right about all these years...

I'd say anybody who leaves this pretend football club to join a real one has made the right decision. Were I in his position I'd have jumped at the first opportunity just as many others have. He 100% made the right decision for his career and sanity. As has been proven by the last two head coaches here, anyone who has a single shred of ambition, dignity and self respect doesn't last long here.

I'm genuinely curious as to why folk wouldn't back the coalition. If not, what do you think we should be doing? Surely nobody who actually supports the club can think the current situation is in any way acceptable?

Long may it continue. It will get to the point where he's just not going to be taken seriously by anyone. We need to start demanding that the shadow man does these interviews. If anyone needs to be grilled it's him.

Personally I would like to thank the tea boy for fully confirming what I have been saying for years. This club has absolutely no intention of ever getting promoted back to the premier league. As for comparing the tea boy to the egg, just don't. Broughton was a professional and had an actual plan for how and what he wanted to achieve. He openly talked about making us a sustainable premier league outfit. Was he good enough to have achieved that? We'll never know as he was undermined and sabotaged at every opportunity. The tea boy is more in the kean mould. An absolute utter cunt that's way out of his depth because he's willing to be a piece of shit errands boy for his pathetic paymasters. I hope they keep wheeling him out to do interviews because he's so completely thick that he just keeps giving us more and more ammunition. One more angle we can work on is why are they sending the tea boy out to do interviews when Suhail is the only person there with any power. We don't care what this little imp has to say, we want Suhail to answer the questions and if not him then venkys themselves.

As @Mike E points out, that's only come about as a result of their ineptitude. On a long 6 hours drive today I had a wee think about your questions as to what positives venkys have had on the club. The only thing I could come up with was having the Eid prayers at Ewood Park. That's it. The rest can only be described as a completely disaster at best.

Great post. Hits the nail on the head. As was revealed recently in a podcast by one of our ex players, Mowbray was absolutely 1000% a venky yes man that would play whatever players he was told to. He did more damage than good here and his disrespect towards us, the fans was completely unacceptable. Just another shit manager that wouldn't have got anywhere near this club were ot not for the venky virus.

I know for a fact that I can do a better job than the people who are currently in charge. Also, can people stop being such pathetic little babies about this season ticket issue? Rigger's comment was in no way derogatory towards people who have bought one, more bemused that people still buy season tickets given the absolute shambles that is this football club. It's a matter of fact that the money you put into the club goes towards paying Waggot, Suhail and the tea boy's gluttonous salaries. It's a matter of fact that any money the club receives will only be used to subsidise the owners. There is no plan for reinvestment, there is no plan to move the club forward. If you contribute to that then that's on you. If you can't handle the fact of the situation that is your own problem not anyone else's. I don't care if you want to buy a ticket or not, it's none of my business. They've never seen a penny of my money and they never will.
