Agree were desperate for a change. Also agree that hes onto a cushy number with the board (who he helped select) and the Owners and therefore is unlikely the get the can anytime soon. Its wrong on all levels that a manager is under no pressure to perform because the board are essentially his mates. Disagree that the majority of fans want him to stay. Look at the poll on this site. 90% in favour of out.

I guess it depends how much mediocre management and abject performances you're happy to accept and for how long. If this forum with many hundreds of members is a snapshot of the fanbase I would disagree only 20% want him out. I've not seen any positives given in his support for quite a while. Logged on to the LET website today to see a big photo of Mowbray above the main article. My heart had a little flutter for a moment, thinking this may be the headline saying hes been sacked....turned out it was just more of his senile dribble. sigh.

I would say on paper with the players at each teams disposal we should beat them....our manager massively swings it in their favour however. Id try and go for our paciest possible team and hit them on the break rather than the slow boring easy to defend against tactics Melton Mowbray seems to enjoy. I am assuming cunningham is out.
