I don't think 50k will be buying it in all honesty.
-
The way I read it is that, the ST package that the club will put on sale, will include streaming of all home games and away midweek games as a temporary measure until it is safe to return to Ewood. (Although under what capacity I don't know) After that, the streaming option will not be available and the ST would be valid for attending games in person as normal. The alternative to purchasing a ST, will be to buy individual matches on ifollow for £10 a piece until we're allowed back in. Could be totally wrong of course it's just how I have interpreted it.
-
To be honest it seems pretty clear to me. Away weekend matches can't be offered as part of the season ticket package, but above that it says that any match not shown on Sky can be purchased for £10. So streaming for all home matches & mid week away matches will be included in your season ticket price, away weekend matches available at £10 per game.
-
I just presumed you would be able to buy the weekend matches at £10 per game? Whether you are a ST holder or not.
-
It's an option I suppose and I might do it for the odd game. I'd rather just stick sky sports news on for the afternoon, I wonder if the relax in the 3pm blackout means that they will still show the goals as they go in like they did post lockdown last season.
-
Is he any good? I don't know anything about him at all. Still, I'm all for midfielders if it keeps Johnson & Evans away from the starting 11. We have to be moving past them two if we want to progress.
-
Or the ST's are just valid for the next 23 games they are allowed to attend.... If it goes into next season then so be it.
-
I wish someone would question him as to why Elliot Bennett gets a free pass every week then.

Neither were Batty & Sherwood In there peak. It was more Platt, Gazza, Rob Lee, Ince, Redknapp, Stone etc back then.
-
Guessing he would take a deal anywhere at the minute. Can always spin the "got unfinished business there" phrase too.
-
When two of the other options are Brereton & Gallagher, then yes I completely agree.
-
It means that Ewood would have to be allowed 15k in the stadium, not physically have 15k in the stadium before sky withdraw it.
-
We have never played with wingers under Mowbray so don't think that's an area we'll be strengthening.
-
FFP ??? Why are we so terrified of it but no bugger else is. How have we agreed a fee for this GK with being so skint?

The State of Ewood Park!

Agreed. That pic infuriates me though. It really isn't the huge job they make out to maintain the grounds around the place. -
That pic sums up the whole venkys era in a nutshell. No words needed. I suppose they are letting us exist though ?
-
I'm not really sure anyone does at Ewood anyway. Most of the match going folk I come across will shout you down if you ever dare criticise Mowbray. The only slight murmurs of discontent i can recall were during the Barnsley game in November.
-
Imagine if Bellingham had started here under Mowbray. He would have been playing for Barrow until he was 22.
-
Think if you half that figure, it might be nearer to who actually goes to Ewood during all this.

Excitement ahead of the coming season?
MarkBRFC replied to roversfan99's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
It's going to be awful experience when we can go to games again. Social distance seating, less than half capacity (no change for us I suppose), wearing masks during games, no chanting/singing, no away days. I can't see myself rushing back under these stipulations to be honest. -
Agree mate to be honest, I'm usually counting down the days until cup draws, fixture lists coming out etc but I only stumbled on this from a group whatspp message, completely forgot about it.

Rovers drawn at home to Doncaster. https://www.rovers.co.uk/news/2020/august/carabao-cup-round-one-draw-story/
-
Yeah I think so. I think that was around the time the current Riverside was being built?
-
Think this is actually posted in the nostalgia thread too. Rovers fans in both ends, away fans in the Darwen End enclosure, and the TV cameras on the Riverside, which was extremely rare back then.
-
Yeah Rovers fans were in both ends for that one, and I think a few more around that time.
