Just fundamentally a nasty, cynical, small-time regime that since 2012 have had the life of Riley around Ewood in their club ties swanning around the lounges and such like as they systematically downsize the club and lower its standards. Then overnight they’ve been smoked out of their hole and they don’t like it one bit - so dividing their own fans is the only tactic they’ve ever had. Problem is Swag-hail most have now seen through it and momentum against you doesn’t subside when results are so poor - of course said results are shite due to your own ridiculous decision making… so a lesson there, keep taking the cheap option and eventually the house of cards collapses right on you.

That’s the thing TJ, I now live a fair distance from Ewood (not exactly Stafford where the two lads in front of me come from every week, but a decent drive). If I lived down the road I probably wouldn’t have helped myself in the end and would have gone. Now, as me and evermore of our fanbase spreads out across Lancs and beyond, it makes the decisions on not bothering, not renewing even easier when you look at the farce that is BRFC.

However, this fella’s inaction is at a different level to what I’ve seen before, as tomphil says it’s like he’s completely detached, and it’s reflected in his game management. Cardiff game, went behind in the last half hour changed nothing for the next 15 minutes. Last night, 2-0 down, at home, and didn’t make a change from the 46th to 76th minute whilst stood like a statue. Really odd.
