  1. The Terrace and Etsy do too…
  2. All the club can do is put the under soil heating on and sort out other elements they can control, I.e entrances and walkways within the Ewood estate. If they have been doing, great, as there have been times when they haven’t, including Millwall last season. The rest of it is out of their control and as you say if the ref or other ‘stakeholders’ say no game then fair enough.
  3. Nobody has agreed with you. Everybody else agrees that the retail operation at Ewood is crap and has been for years. Maybe I will contact them, they might then list a club shop staff list on the website or something…
  4. We had no kits with Umbro for months on end pre Covid, we have no kits now. You can’t find any other clubs with zero kits on sale. So please, please stop making a fool of yourself.
  5. Because like a lot of countries there is also a sizeable middle class with plenty of disposable income.
  6. So *three* examples out of the hundreds of clubs out there of some sizes not being available and not one example of home shirts not being available. Whereas we have 0 available in any size. Well worth your research on a Friday night 🤦‍♂️ Hmm, as this has been going on for years (apart from February, checks notes, 2016) maybe, just maybe there is an issue with the retail operation at BRFC. Why do you constantly defend the incompetents that somehow have a position at this club over wanting the best for the club itself? You need to have a long hard look at yourself.
  7. Chaddy, just stop, you’ve embarrassed yourself enough on this thread. These logistical and manufacturing problems are obviously a non issue as *every other* club has plenty of kits in stock.
  8. Guess what, not everybody is like you and buys a shirt in July. That’s why every other club has shirts in stock right now, because there is this thing called ‘Christmas’ where people exchange gifts.
  9. Outsourced and out of mind. Contrast it to the service you get at a club like Accy. There’s just a real shrug of the shoulders and decay about the whole commercial operation.
  10. Accy already called off, so let’s hope for no repeat of the Millwall farce…
  11. Assuming they’ve flogged c4,000, so c14,500 Rovers fans at £30-£35 for a Sky game in this weather… can’t see it unfortunately.
  12. Certainly does on the football side, so it’s a real shame the re-org in the summer didn’t finish the job across the executive structure…
  13. Be most apt to piss away Jack’s final legacy to end up back at Pleasy…
  14. A programme? Good luck with that, another Swag cut. I mean only rich clubs, you know, like Clitheroe and Chorley, can afford such luxuries…
  15. The fact he gave them a full allocation of 7,000+ straight off (e.g not an initial allocation) says he fully expected them to get close to selling it… at £30, on Sky, at midday, just before Christmas, in a cost of living crisis. The man just doesn’t have the faintest clue about what drives ticket sales in this area (and if he’s shocked by PNE, wait for the Blackpool and Wigan Cat A turnout).
  16. Alas it’s ‘the next summer’ that never arrives!
  17. The academy is obviously going great guns, so it needs bulldozing because…
  18. Noticed the official Facebook account is posting a random collection of stuff you can (still) get in the shop. I’ve seen socks and I’ve seen shorts - no shirts though… no chance of being a FKW with this club!
  19. Can this person please be removed from post before he does any more damage.
  20. No I don’t accept it as no other club is having any kit stock issues. Just the standard Rovers tin pot commercial operation, I’m afraid.
  21. You finally got there in the end! Let’s hope it doesn’t take as long next time…
  22. Is there anything the commercial side of this club can do right without random fans having to go down to their office and explain basic commerce to them? Oh and you still haven’t explained why all our neighbours have all their shirts in stock and we have bugger all? They having theirs made in a Lancashire sweat shop instead of China? Windy’s anecdote will have been repeated over and over again in store and online, because you know, people actually like to purchase things all year round, not just in a narrow window in August; for presents, for birthdays, for Christmas, on impulse and it is a job of a retail store to provide the products the customer wants - just like every other club can. ‘Demand has been met’, indeed. You don’t half talk some uninformed rubbish.
  23. Said ‘moaner’ has done so for many years, as we’ve had season after season of months on end with no shirts in stock, (and repeatedly quoting some random poster who pops in to big up the club once in a blue moon doesn’t alter that fact) nowt ever changes down there, unfortunately. How could you possibly know that ‘demand has been met’? Do you have the figures for how many folk have had a look at the empty shelves week after week, game after game and walked straight back out buying nothing? Or who have gone online for a present and seen no shirts? If all demand is met by October why does every other club have shirts on sale at Christmas apart from this one? Do Rovers fans have a buying pattern unique to every other club in England? Amazing how you actually back the incompetents running this club as they run it down, some fan you are…
  24. Has his all round game improved? He’s a quality keeper when it comes to shot stopping and bloody hell he’s a big improvement on some of the clowns we’ve had back there since 2012. But not sure his distribution or command of his box is any better than when he arrived.
