  1. Nobody has done anything since the plans where leaked, that’s what my opinion is based on.
  2. They’re not stupid Rev. They don’t truly believe reducing the training ground size will improve the facilities. That’s why you need the pitchforks trump card.
  3. In my opinion, thousands will say they oppose it, hundreds will protest it and around 100 will really go out of their way to stop it. That’s just not enough.
  4. Agreed. Part of the problem in my opinion was there where too many groups. Too much ego and too much self serving. The only way to make a real statement is in numbers and the only way that anyone is going to get the numbers is by uniting numerous different groups. It’s quite the task.
  5. We’re not going down the road of speaking on behalf of other people. It’s messy, it’s complicated, it’s not fair and it’s not what we signed up for. This is solely a platform for people to use, for free, to discuss Rovers with likeminded people. It’s not a group, or a club and nobody gets any different treatment to anyone else.
  6. Course there could. There could be thousands of letters of complaint being sent to Waggott and Pasha. There could be protests safely at Ewood and Brockhall. There’s tonnes of options. I’ve got Balaji and Suhail’s phone number in my phone, plenty of others do. They’re not impossible to contact.
  7. I can’t pin a specific post - but if you start a thread with it, we can pin that thread.
  8. I’ve said it before - I’m not sure how it’s happened, or when it happened, but in my experience the majority of Rovers fans are now so dismayed with the club that they can’t be bothered to put up a fight. Or they’re talkers. They say they’ll do something, then find excuses when it’s on the horizon. I was up for it - especially during Kean - but I found it so frustrating trying to gather enough active support to force change. In my opinion, this next step of downscaling the Training facilities will go ahead without much of a scene. I wish there was thousands pushing for Mowbray to be removed. I wish there was even more demanding change in the boardroom. I wish everyone was stood outside the training ground and protesting with local residents. But it won’t happen.
  9. I’ve signed it. BRFCS can’t back it, because we can’t speak on behalf of everyone that contributes. BRFCS isn’t a club or a membership.
  10. I don’t rate Bournemouth, but this has got a tonking written all over it.
  11. Yes but mostly because this last 12 months has me desperate to watch live football, in a stadium.
  12. Let’s try and get this back on thread. Any updates from ‘WE’? We’re six weeks into this, so it would be great to hear of progress
  13. It means in the majority of cases, managers are sacked due to fan pressure. He should have been under pressure during last season capsulation. That’s why this years was so predictable.
  14. He should have been forcefully removed in January 2020. This will divide opinion - but I’ll say it anyway. If you continued to support him then, then you’re part of the reason we are here now.
  15. Inappropriate indeed - it won’t be tolerated.
  16. Ok - were getting somewhere now. The proposal you would make to Venkys would be for your group to take over from Waggott and Cheston and be added to the payroll, as you think you would do a better job than them?
  17. If that’s the plan I’m totally on board and think it’s a great initiative. But it’s a tiny part of the bigger problem.

I tried putting them back about 12 months ago and it causes chaos. So K-Hod is the boss this time!
  19. OK - but if you’re asking people to support the work which you’re doing, you need to spell out clearly what it is you intend on doing to put the pride back into the football club. Until that point I don’t know what you’re proposing. Listen, I’m all for it. In principle. I know some of the names involved - some (not all) are very well connected and have plenty of resource available to them. I’ll try it another way. Step 1 - assemble ‘we’ - a group of long time trusted friends who want to put the pride back into Blackburn Rovers. What is step 2, 3, 4 and 5? Is it to add people from your group to the board? Is it to convince Venkys to sell the club to your consortium of friends? Is it to remove the existing management and replace them with local lads? Is it to reward Tony Mowbray with a 10 year contract? Is it to sell the academy land? Keep it? What is it?
  20. I mixed up EFL rules on CEO and Directors - so I’ve hidden the posts to avoid confusion, but you’re right.
  21. I don’t know if they will or they won’t. But I do know it won’t be Waggott and Cheston making the decision. So if you want it to happen - don’t waste any time with those two. Most of the Rovers related ‘groups’ have Suhail’s phone number, I suggest starting there.
  22. No - they can’t just make a decision like that and do it without telling Balaji. But if they recommend it, it happens. It’s a trust led business model.
  23. Yes, but nowhere near as much as a typical CEO would - and nowhere near as much as Pasha. If Pasha said tomorrow everyone needs to go, they’d be out the same day.
  24. The role isn’t your typical role, to be fair. As a CEO goes he’s probably got less influence than any other CEO in the league. Suhail is the boss.
  25. My error! You’re right. Everything else stills stands.
