Why would you move you best attacking player in Sammie Szmodics from his best position? The role and ability to play the number 10 role like JDT wants is class and he was bargain at what we paid for him. I don't think we were hanging on but we created several decent opportunities to score at 2-1. Also I am thrilled how we are playing attacking wise and some of the play is excellent to watch.

That's why I don't agree. I thought Telalovic did well. Some decent touches and good through ball to Szmodics who should have scored. His chance I don't think was a chip but I shot stretching slightly where he tried to go high with his shot and hit it into the roof of the net

I did see Suhail Pasha yesterday coming out Blackburn End when you enter the stadium at the family stand end around 2.10pm.

He played well considering he has never played in the championship before and it was difficult game for him to come on just after Boro scored and they went for the second. He has some good moments like that pass for Szmodics to score his third and Rovers third. Defensively he has learn when to press and when to sit in. As others have said Szmodics did his best to tell him what to do. Its deffo work in progress but you can see why Rovers signed him.

One of the biggest positive from this season is that JDT has put his stamp finally on this team and the team JDT wants that plays attacking football and creating plenty of chances. The players suit it and I have enjoyed watching play with such identify and you can see how they want to play

Szmodics is everything you want from a player. His connection with the fans is superb He will be our player of the season this season

Delighted with that win and the performance. We played some good attacking football and should have been 3 nil at half time if we took our chances with Dolan and Gallagher missing clear cut chances. Szmodics scored a good goal Pears made 2 good saves. Second half started well and Szmodics scored a great goal with his shot. His performance was excellent and well deserved Man of the match award. Their goal was clearly off side and how the officials missed that I don't know. At least EFL chairman Rick Parry got a first hand account how poor EFL officials are now. Time him and Howard Webb sorted this out. After that Boro push and push but we kept resolute and make tackles or blocks in. Szmodics should have had a hat trick today. Hedges had a good chance. Telalovic had a chance and I thought he should have got it on target at least. He put himself about and did well in his first goal. Carter managed his game very well after his early yellow card. Sign of maturity and experience he has gained. Also post match it was great that every player and JDT came to the fans and thanks the fans with clapped of thanks and support. Pre match it was good to see so many former Rovers players come out and was given a good reception by the Rovers fans. Ennis played in 45 games last season. Does that really sound injury prone to you? He passed his medical here aswell. He just seems unlucky with injuries If he wasn't happy here surely he would walk out but he hasn't. If everything he has accepted the challenge and he does enjoy developing young players. His man management is excellent and I do feel that we should be targeting a playoff place this season.

From what we know. We recieved 3 offers. Sevilla and Nice £8m offers and Fulham offered 6m plus 4m in add ons. Some people would have sold him for that, some people wouldn't. Also take into account the fact that appointed GB and JDT mid summer and with no recruitment team in place. So would have to bring in replacement. Did GB and JDT want to sell him either? Did BBD want to leave last summer? Also GB did say that when he join the club he was told BBD would leave at the end of the season.

It's disgraceful action shutting the main stand at Ewood Park. The saving the club will be making will be small in terms of cost. Increase of trying to increase revenue it's cost savings at all the time.

Well listened to the RoversTv and Radio Lancs and I think GB was open, honest and very good communication. He fully explained everything and every situation. The recruitment department is now organised and we are all over Europe which makes logical sense with the quality players out there, our Director of Football and Head Coach background and knowledge.. I enjoyable listened. He is a man who wants the very best for Rovers. Same as JDT
