Love this latest guff from Mowbray! Apparently he does not condone the practice of changing managers when things are going wrong! You have to gradually improve the squad by signing players over several windows! And what is important is that the Club has to "develop an identity". Utter self-serving shite aimed at the owners Tony! Just how low can you sink? You've had the years, you've had the time to develop the club's identity (whatever that means) and you've had the transfer money. Many of the comments on LT are truly embarrassing but that will always be the case. Its the smugness that gets me, apparently that they can see what others can't. Just look at the points total since the end of January lads. Tells you all you need to know. They often blame the players too---haven't put a decent shift in! No attempt to look behind the individual performances---who bought them? Who picks them? Who decides where they play? Who decides the formation? The substitutions? In their world the manager doesn't have responsibility.

I do agree with Gumboots that the amount of swearing recently is over the top. Its no longer occasional---far from it. It doesn't worry me a lot but its not pleasant. If we were to get relegated at the end of the season I could understand a long venting outburst of it but everyday is too much.

I don't think he's even doing a very good job of that!

Even our most recent form is alarming---3 draws and 2 losses from last 5 games. That is nailed-on relegation form. We would go into the last game with 50 points if that were to be repeated. Probably OK but not definite.

The answer to money and time required is BARNSLEY. TM is a fraud.

I think it could have been( although its so unbalanced) if only the manager had played people in their natural positions and not changed the side every week. That alone would have lifted confidence and morale.

I agree. Its not healthy to be so dependent on one player to score goals. After all, he could be down with injury at any time. I would prefer 3 to chip in with say 12 each. That should have been Brereton and Gallagher's stats but they clearly are not what we needed. Manager again.
