These are questions that the management need to answer (not that they'd give an honest reply) Assuming the club has done forward planning (ha!) and these players were identified as targets before the window opened, because they were cheap and surplus to requirements at their clubs, why weren't they signed at the start of the window? Or were they in fact desperation signings as the club fished around for any player at the bottom of the barrel who was still available and not wanted by anyone else on the very last day?

This is heading to be the worst of all windows under this regime - and that's saying something. I know this has been said many times but it just reiterates the point that for the 3rd year (or 4th?) in a row there is clearly no desire or ambition by the club management to make the top 6. I'm not sure whether anger or resignation are the right emotions. Either way, fans (and the town) do no deserve this

Beck should have scored, agreed, but some fans are in denial about how lucky we were not to lose that match in the last 15 minutes. Overall though we shaded it and the players deserved it too for the massive shift they put in over 90 minutes and the bad luck we’ve also suffered in some recent games

Yes he did Den. Credit to him though, he’s developing well, gaining confidence, it’s obvious the coaching staff and the player himself have been working hard on his game. Total contrast to the frankly embarrassing poor player he looked not that many weeks ago
