  1. Past hour
  2. Decent little ground that. I was there a few years ago and it still had a classic mid-terrace wall for pissing behind at one end. Happier, simpler times, etc.
  3. Both in and out of the team, injuries, difficult loan spell already... Hard to see clubs queuing up, but if they knuckled down and kept fit them are good squad players. Suspect will be with us right up to the transfer window closes and then off to Scotland on loan.
  4. Additional court conditionsโ€ฆ The clubโ€™s auditors have to provide a certificate confirming the use of the funds. Venkateshwara Hatcheries have to submit bank statements for both Venkys London and BRFC to substantiate the use (and final destination) of the funds.
  5. How do they even police that the money can't be spent on transfer fees? Are we just not allowed to spend any money on transfers now? Or do we have to prove that we already had some money set aside for transfers and we cannot exceed that?
  6. Boro have appointed Rob Edwards as Head Coach for the new season. Seems to be a fairly mixed reaction from the Boro fans that I've seen on Social media. https://www.mfc.co.uk/news/2025/june/24/rob-edwards-appointed-head-coach/
  7. I think the rain will end up the winner today but getting some overs in Bumrahโ€™s legs might benefit us later in the series.
  8. ยฃ4.85 million for one quarter x 4 = very close to the much vaunted ยฃ20 million a year ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿง
  9. Perhaps we should do @K-Hod a list to take to the next fansโ€™ forum ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ Iโ€™ll make a start (and apologise for going so off topic at the same time ๐Ÿ˜): Was the overdraft facility renewed in May and if so were the terms at least as favourable as before? Can you confirm that the owners now only have to return to court to send monies if theyโ€™re also seeking to vary the condition placed upon them to do so? During the period of the investigation, have the owners ever sought permission (either through the courts or directly with the Directorate of Enforcement) to send player purchase funds? (and if not, why not?)
  10. Is 4.58 million not less than they would usually send at this time of year?
  11. The Special A.K.A. - Free Nelson Mandela
  12. Today
  13. That money is for staff wages and the club, not transfers
  14. The outcome of that, would be interesting to know.
  15. and also how they got on with renewing the overdraft facilities in May.
  16. I'm sure someone else will see this as a business opportunity to purchase a former premier League winner at an opportunistic price๐Ÿค—
  17. I wonder how close they came to not meeting their liabilities?
  18. Just to correct the LTโ€™s error - the request was made to the court on the 22nd April, the 26th May was when the court issued the order granting permission.
  19. For some reason, Dolan is held to much higher standards than anyone else , I mean it's almost as if some have made up their mind and trying to prove it, whatever next. With only 13 goal involvements plus being involved in many other build ups, plus being the hardest working player on the pitch, I'm sure we'll have no problem replacing him.
  20. So, long as they booked it in advance and there is no riot act to be read, it should all work out well.
  21. No chance. It's earmarked for running costs and the Venkys had to legally verify that. Wake up and smell the coffee!
  22. Won't be the season after, both teams will be relegated by Easter!
  23. The article literally says it's to cover costs between April and June:
  24. The most positive thing I can come up with for the forthcoming season is that we won`t have to play the Dingles. At least not in the League, and I sincerely hope not in either Cup competitions !!
  25. Sorry for the spoiler- but, we wonโ€™t spend it.
