  1. Past hour
  2. We won't beat Sheff Wed. A draw at best and we'll have to come from behind to get it. Venky's have plenty more humiliation for Rovers fans on the horizon and giving Sheff Wed their 2nd win of the season will be next.
  3. I don’t think it will be easier to run a league 1 team for them. For one - any shortfall in the playing staff wages cannot be made up by directors loans. They must actually lose cash. They run rules similar to the EPL - called SCMP
  4. An oldie from @4,000 Holes Evergreen…😆
  5. I had a thought yesterday in the Riverside when De Neve ran out of play, I pay my hard earned money for this shit willingly. I scoff like many other people at hobbies people have, but I think those blokes paying to be kicked in the bollocks makes more sense these days.
  6. That'll be another clanger like "wE didn't ThInK yoU could get rEleGatEd"
  7. Think you're right about Cantwell, but making him captain is maybe proving to be a problem. He undoubtedly played when he wasn't fully fit, but playing unfit has seen a drop in performance. It would now mean dropping not only the "most influential" player, but captain as well. Now would be a good time to rest Cantwell and give the captaincy to Tronstad or Mclaughlin for the rest of the season, they're both going to play every game, giving Ismael more licence to rotate Cantwell. Thought Forshaw was our best player first half.
  8. Pickering should be our starting left back. Bonkers to let him go to a relegation rival
  9. Only Pasha would push one of our most reliable players out to a relegation rival, to save a few quid !
  10. No. A grenade. Or is that too much
  11. I'm not a fan. In my humble opinion the swagger is totally unjustified. Would swap him for Rothwell all day every day without blinking.
  12. The Impressions - Keep On Pushing
  13. If it’s anything like previous contracts (specifically Kean rather than Berg) there will be a clause in that it’s 12 months pay out.
  14. You clearly misunderstand my post, I make the point that he has had a lot to contend with but that we were in the play offs when he arrived and that this time to make a change. Ismael has failed badly on the only metric that should matter, results on the pitch.
  15. Fair play if you're confident we'd beat Sheff Wednesday under him, I wouldn't be.
  16. Unpopular comment but part of me wanted Cantwell to be sent off so we can try something new in midfield for the next game. Even though Forshaw can only last an hour, I will play him as the number 10 role to orchestrate attacking play. Technically, hes still good, just age and fitness is catching up. His passes are so much better than Cantwell. And Baraji can partner him in the middle with Tronstad further back. Yup im desperate.
  17. The games versus Sheff W, Oxford and WBA are absolutely must win now. I only fancy us beating Sheff W at the moment and we’re going into that one with players still out or regaining full fitness. Afolayan will come on for his debut after 60 mins in Tuesday, no matter what the score is. Hope he can hit the ground running.
  18. Today
  19. They are managing a decline whilst still losing money and lowering the value of the club. It makes no sense at all.
  20. I wonder if there are Bonuses for relegation?
  21. You know it’s bad if the LT fans have turned.
  22. They do want league one though. All there actions so far have shown this. It will all be much easier and cheaper to run a middling league one club than a middling championship one. It's all about bringing the club down to a level thats comfortable for them to manage. As things stand the club is far too big for them.
  23. Nar, he's here for the League One campaign.
  24. Club's dying before our Eyes and it appears no one within the corridors of Ewood can do/wants to do a thing about it. Managed decline of this once proud and great Club. It's scandalous.
