  1. Past hour
  2. You gotta say if we lose tonight then things are looking bleak and a dogfight looms.
  3. We are worse off in the long run as he’ll be gone sooner rather than later and a grand old club like them will recover. We will continue to see wages paid (for an ever lower wage bill) for ever and a day as we fall down the leagues.
  4. Perhaps this is their strategy. Ban all the journos, then have a ready made excuse to ditch the press conferences altogether.
  5. Only takes one to ask, and if BBC get banned for asking a simple question then we get more eyes on us
  6. Any statements from the trust/coalition should be posted on here as well as the other outlets, unless I’ve missed them?
  7. Sheff Wed players told they won't be paid on time ---again. There's always someone worse off than yourself!! We only have the second worst owners in Britain.
  8. Today
  9. This is not intended to be negative, especially as I think those statements are very good. But what is the intended audience and influence for them? Until Glen kindly posted them above, I hadn't seen them. That's probably because I'm not a group member. But I would imagine it isn't group members who need to receive and read the statements but those of us outside them, and the media, if they are to have any effect. Have I missed those anywhere, in which case ignore me?!
  10. Elvis Presley - Milk Cow Blues Boogie
  11. Apart from BBC radio Lancashire who else with be there?
  12. Need to get points on the board. The Stoke game could be at risk of a water logged pitch.
  13. Hopefully we wont see the same starting line up as against charlton again, but I think Ismael has his favourites now! Not sure the reluctance to start Gudjonsson. I'm assuming Albiolusi (Spelling?) is injured. The options at left wing are pretty dire. Toth Miller McGloughlin Wharton Ribiero Tronstadt TGH Moreshita Cantwell Yuki Gudjohnsson
  14. Two, yes just two meetings being held during this season. ’The club is always willing to engage our supporters’.
  15. I was slowly warming to VI, we were playing decent mixed results which with a bit of luck could see us with two more victories. After Charlton however I am back to.square one, I did not like him at all early doors. He got. t wrong and was unable to correct it. Subs made things worse, Tavares needs to stay away from 1st team for a while, could there be pressure to play him? Surely VI sees what we do. TGH looks better option for midfield doesn't he?
  16. What effect do the coalition statements have? Seemingly the club have no interest in the opinions of fans and fan groups. When is this independent football regulator due to be operational? Are these things the supporter trusts could refer to the regulator? I cant see any statements or fan pressure having any effect on the cancers in charge. The only way for change is some official external pressure that forces change or causes Venkys to sell up. Cant see it unfortunately.
  17. Corporate coercive control…
  18. Fingers crossed that at every press conference, at least one journo asks about Jackson/the LT to keep this issue current, and keeps as many eyes on the LT as possible in case this happens
  19. The bullying them, seems to have raised it's head here, good and proper. We have heard accusations of alleged bullying that caused a certain member of staff to cry and has allegedly led to players being frozen out and staff and players leaving. We have also heard about a fan being threated with legal action for posts made on this very site, quoting some of the things he was told. We now have the local paper banned, for things that they have now refuted in writing, so I have to come to the conclusion that this is also a bullying tactic to try to gag them. Nothing to see here though, according to some.
  20. As is the letter R, especially when googling "Gary Oldman"
  21. No surprise there to be honest. The whole thing is just a jobs for the boys and no one is held to account. I hope and pray that this spat with the telegraph, turns into something big and they start to expose some of the things, that need to be out in the open.
  22. The Wonderstuff - Size of a Cow
  23. It's a late kickoff and they're professional footballers.
  24. I have been told that the first team didn't train until 15.30 yesterday which is almost unheard of particularly the day before a game. The reason I am told is because Ismael flew to France immediately after the game at Charlton and didn't return until yesterday afternoon. This was to celebrate his 50th birthday. If it is true I find it extremely surprising that he is allowed to change the routine so markedly so he can have a birthday bash.
