Yes there are people at the very top who have no idea how to preserve our heritage and little interest in doing so but most of the people working at the club are from the area and many love the club as we do and are trying to keep the heart of the club alive. I cant emphasise how bad it is at the training ground in particular. Contrary to popular belief Gestede is the most hated man there, even more than Suhail. Long serving employees 10, 15, 20, 25 plus are exiting left right and centre and he's the route cause. One employee, I talk to weekly who is pre-venkys stated its the worse its been at any point in his Rovers career. We've got s ship people want off, and no amount of PR is going to mask it.
