  1. Past hour
  2. Bob Dylan - Girl from the North Country
  3. Is Baradji the Travis's replacement or not? Is he injured or not? Elliott Jackson discussed that point in his podcast. Yes cos you loaning Leonard out.
  4. Its be a bit daft that given you have just back him in the transfer market and got rid of players he doesn't want. They have made their bed now. Now lie it in
  5. Why do you keep saying that they were willing to fund the club as if they were pumping money in?! The vast majority of seasons prior to the court case, we either profited or were at even in terms of fees in v fees out. Offsetting the natural losses that all non parachute payment Championship clubs incur is NOT the same as willingly funding the club. This current season, our net spend will be not far away from zero in transfer fees. They will again have to offset the losses we will incur in the accounts. Nothing has changed in that regard. It must be this confusion which has led to you defending Venkys and deflecting blame so much over the years.
  6. @chaddyrovers do you think Amorim warrants the sack?
  7. There’s a way to turn ad’s off ????
  8. Now shares a flat with Lord Lucan up Livesey Branch somewhere.
  9. We need 2 or 3 (I think striker, keeper, midfielder), but Ismael said just a winger and then replacements for outgoings. Baradji for Travis. Morishita as the winger. So just Buckley leaves 1, if he is seen as needing replacing. Was he...lying?! Are you expecting more sales? You also said you wanted a striker when Gestede said one. Then we had enough when it seemed like we wouldnt get one. Then maybe if we let Leonard go when Ismael said only replacements are coming. Where are you on the striker roundabout now, do we need one?
  10. No idea. Maybe not. But a £70m + striker not taking one of the first 9 penalties against a league 2 club is embarrassing.
  11. Do they play all their games behind closed doors?
  12. It was the same window that he got annoyed publically that he couldnt sell Rothwell and reinvest the proceeds. Its being interpreted as if he was offered a warchest, in a season where Venkys sold Armstrong and didnt invest at all, and he said no.
  13. Strikers dont always take penalties. So not taking the 1st or 2nd, fine. But to be the very last outfield player to take one.
  14. Has it rained or is everyone sweating cobbs?!
  15. Hasnt it been said that he corrected the host who said wrongly that he had?
  16. Less than we do? Honestly I have no idea, I get a feeling though that bamford will be looking for more than we’re willing to part with.
  17. So happy for Bucko! Hopefully he smashes it in Saudi
  18. Sounds like you wouldn’t be too unhappy with “ a run of bad results “ ?
  19. Today
  20. 1 more. Potentially another if they fancy selling Hyam.
  21. I listened to this on the drive home from work tonight. He's a nice guy, undoubtedly - and he did a good job of reversing the death spiral we were on, following relegation. But, by his own admission, he prioritised player harmony and relationships over winning and actively chose not to ask for more funds from the owners, when we were 2nd in the league (mid way through the season). Which is pretty unforgivable, in my opinion.
  22. I agree with everything here but I would add that we’d be more attractive to people with connections, power and wealth (being successful aka playoff and promotion chasing on a shoestring) and those are the things that you’d need to get the Rao’s shifted in my opinion. They’ll never bow to fans or public pressure. It needs to be something that puts them in a good light. Writing off bad investments isn’t one of those things. We are a perfect example of how football is fucked!
  23. Yes. As far as I'm aware JDT gave Wharton his debut. Mogga chatting shit as per usual. No time for the bloke, absolute fraud. Edit: Just checked and I am correct. 10th August 2022 was his debut. Fuck off Mowbray you lying twat.
