  1. Past hour
  2. Good shout. He's been struggling with injuries but knows where the goal is.
  3. No Kargbo ? Where is he up to injury wise ?
  4. I don’t understand how people can look at WBAs form and not include them in the equation.
  5. Today
  6. Well we have it and we're not doing very well. You can cite injuries but we shouldn't be averaging more than any other club. And we haven't got Cleary yet.
  7. Putting my reluctantly realistic head on, we could probably do worse punt wise than Nombe at Rotherham. They're sinking without a trace but despite that he's got 7 goals for them and is league ones most clinical striker data wise. Good age (27) with some championship experience (not quite as good as Cashin) and not long left on his deal. Likely wouldnt mind rotating with Ohashi and gives us 2 decent strikers (on paper) and two grafters. Also likely very cheap and his agent will push for it
  8. He should be back for this one. In what capacity, I have no idea. Maybe just off the bench?
  9. Russian team.... Regardless, when he tries and his confidence is up its no huge surprise he scored. His later months for us lacked effort, possibly had any confidence stamped out of him too but effort is the bare minimum a footballer should have in his locker.
  10. 27th Jan still only two signings....
  11. It’s no concern of any purchaser, granted, but if what I suspect, is money laundering amongst other corrupt goings on, comes to light, then Thats certainly a concern of this country’s law makers.
  12. Yesterday
  13. It would be more feasible that they have said it simply isn't for sale and he is relaying the message. Or, like you say, if Venkys have left it to him to vet any approach. But if they are looking to sell and a serious approach was made, it's my opinion it would be above Pasha.
  14. Seems he's still here for now.
  15. And come pretty close if they don't.
  16. Would love to see us the system and try something different because beating the same drum isn’t working Toth Cashin Pratt McLough Pickering Tronstad Alebiosu. Cantwell. Morishita Gujohnsen Jorgensen right back to start a struggle but would prefer alebiosu higher up the pitch cantwell or baradji no preference
  17. Fair points but to all intents and purposes he is the COO of the Company so I dont know what else you're supposed to do if he tells you it's not for sale or the offer is unacceptable.
  18. Let's hope they appoint Russell Martin - he'll take them down if they get a points deduction.
  19. Fans have to mentally prepare for it, but the Club will do nothing other than slashing costs. Means nothing to them
  20. I read Russell Martin is also being considered. That would be hilarious.
  21. I dont buy that at all. Rightly or wrongly the takeover was passed at the relevant time 15-16 years ago and as long as any potential purchasers are legitimate and get approved by the Authorities, what concern is it of theirs?
  22. If you had the millions needed to buy a football club, you would more than likely be talking directly to the owners themselves. If you were serious about buying it, and had the necessary clout, you would not be lied to by one man and it not get back to the owners. Obviously I don't know, but common sense tells me that the chances of a serious buyer being told no by Pasha without the owners' knowledge, and then the owners subsequently not finding out when someone on here supposedly knows is fairly remote.
  23. I genuinely believe, we are the worst team in the League... No point counting Sheffield Wednesday.
  24. Interesting...is he still here, or is that the only photo they could find of him?
  25. Rumours that Rowett is on the list for the next Leicester manager. Would be a sensible appointment for them to guide them through the next few months especially if they get a points deduction.
  26. Difference is with the North End scenario is simple they made it known quite a while ago that they were open to selling or taking on investment from the right people. That has never happened here and even if someone had serious interest they'd have to get a direct line into one of the head Rao's otherwise it doesn't get past the various self interested buffer zones. Even then they might get told don't even approach us without 100 million on the table. By the end of this decade we'll be one of the smallest clubs in Lancashire, that should please the 'natural level' brigade.
  27. The battle is to finish about 2 of Oxford, Pompey and Charlton as others said. all 4 of us poor teams, interestingly Charlton are at Leicester for the early kick off Saturday so we’ll go into our game with a chance to go above them with a win or could be starting 6 behind but in turn with the points deduction that could pull Leicester in but they’ll have enough to get back out.
