Presuming San Diego's covering all his salary, that translates to about £1.2k/wk base or £1.4k/wk guaranteed.

I always thought Kilgalon was a sound enough defender but legend he ain't and there was definitely a hint of Gestede turning out his mates in that game. For balance though i suppose they wanted a few in from more recent times for the younger audience who can't remember past the last decade.

There will not be a warchest in January. Its been made more difficult for them to send money in the past. But they dont willingly send money anyway, and this seems to be misunderstood. Barring one year in which we had the one off sale of a record breaking academy graduate, they HAVE to send money every year to cover losses. Basically all Championship owners have to do the same. Expenses exceed income for clubs at this level, only difference now is they dont have to provide the same level of guarantee to do so.

Did think the same, particularly first half - we couldn’t cope with their physical presence. Do also think we are especially vulnerable against any teams with an aerial / direct threat. It was similar at times in the away match at Charlton - we’ve struggled against solid, well-drilled teams with competent managers and head coaches.
