des Posted December 26, 2009 Posted December 26, 2009 looks like once again our midfield keeps giving the ball away, and as the away team that is not good it just put more pressure on us
Iceman Posted December 26, 2009 Posted December 26, 2009 well our team according to Sam is good enough
bigbrandjohn Posted December 26, 2009 Posted December 26, 2009 McCarthy has really covered the pitch well today
Pinch Posted December 26, 2009 Posted December 26, 2009 McCarthy dropping all the way back into our half - seemingly b/c he knows he won't receive the ball any other way.
Amo Posted December 26, 2009 Posted December 26, 2009 looks like once again our midfield keeps giving the ball away, and as the away team that is not good it just put more pressure on us Typified when Nzonzi roamed forward and waited an eternity from some support on the right... we then lost possession and almost conceded on the counter.
bigbrandjohn Posted December 26, 2009 Posted December 26, 2009 Roberts on for Di santo. I dont want to jinx the bet but i would put a quid on for Roberts to score the winner
BRFC1995 Posted December 26, 2009 Posted December 26, 2009 there is definitely a fix in place if di santo starts on monday come on roberts get their defenders running back at their own goal they've had it far too easy in this game so far
Harry Balls Posted December 26, 2009 Posted December 26, 2009 Why is Roberts on ahead of Kalinic? Why is Andrew's still on the pitch? Hoillet has been pretty poor today as well.
Pinch Posted December 26, 2009 Posted December 26, 2009 Salgado looked the only player keen on keeping possession for us...
Harry Balls Posted December 26, 2009 Posted December 26, 2009 Pederson for Salgado? The Fat Man has lost the plot...
Amo Posted December 26, 2009 Posted December 26, 2009 I wonder if Robbo's aimless punts forward will ever amount to anything?
Dan Posted December 26, 2009 Posted December 26, 2009 Andrews is a complete liability, everything he does is useless :-(
Miker Posted December 26, 2009 Posted December 26, 2009 Why is Roberts on ahead of Kalinic? Why is Andrew's still on the pitch? Hoillet has been pretty poor today as well. Roberts is a former Wigan player, so generally you would expect him to be more driven to score. No one to swap for Andrews, otherwise he wouldn't have started in the first place.
daveoftherovers Posted December 26, 2009 Posted December 26, 2009 Is it just me or do our lot look like they've been on the turkey & trifle too much???? Is it just me or do our lot look like they've been on the turkey & trifle too much???? Clever McCarthy trying to use Roberts arse as a shield...

All he does is back into defenders and moan at the referee. Pedersen for Andrews and move Salgado into the middle. Simple.
