Tim Southampton Rover Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 All we need now is a couple of injuries for West Ham and a few sendings off.
Anti-Dingle-Brigade Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 And a third! Have they scored again? Not showing on BBC.
Backroom Tom Posted May 1, 2011 Author Backroom Posted May 1, 2011 Still 2-0 but Upson has just gone off, hope its enough to keep him out next week
LeChuck Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 They havent blown it just yet They have. 7 points behind with 4 games to go...no chance. I reckon Blackpool will take something from Spurs in that game. Spurs must be shattered, knocked out of the Champions League and little chance of getting there again next season. Some of their big players (Modric, Bale) could be plotting their next move. They'll want to play CL football next year for sure. Apart from that everything else has gone our way this weekend pretty much.
Tim Southampton Rover Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 Upson's off. I think that's just a precaution so he's fit against us. Avram probably realises that this game is over.
Backroom Tom Posted May 1, 2011 Author Backroom Posted May 1, 2011 Robbie Keane has been watching Jasons finishing masterclass Damn 2-1
Tim Southampton Rover Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 Hopefully that will give City a kick up the arse. They've been poor in the last 5-10 minutes.
Backroom DE. Posted May 1, 2011 Backroom Posted May 1, 2011 Awful defending, Lescott a £20m+ defender... yeah okay
Kamy100 Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 West Ham look good going forward, they are giving City problems, like they did to Chelsea, we will need to be on top form defensively to keep them out.
Tim Southampton Rover Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 Phew!!! This game is getting too tight. Come on City!
Backroom DE. Posted May 1, 2011 Backroom Posted May 1, 2011 For a £600 trillion side City look pretty pathetic against a depleted West Ham team at the moment. Silva's one-on-one disaster was straight out of the Jason Roberts 'how to do anything but score' handbook.
cn174 Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 £300m or whatever it is and city are just so dull!! Balotelli is well annoying, just swanning around whinging at everyone...get him off!! He's had enough chances himself. Can see a Wham equaliser:(
Stuart Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 West Ham are really bringing nothing to this match either. It's so tight though that a mistake from City could be costly. How lazy is Balottelli by the way? He makes Martin Dahlin look like Rooney!
Tim Southampton Rover Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 If Balotelli had Tevez's work rate then he could easily be one of the best players on the planet. Unfortunately he doesn't which makes him a lazy waste of money.
Stuart Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 City beat Wham. Good result for us! I won't believe it until I hear it from Adopted Scouser. They've only just started injury time!
Blue n White Rover Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 Perfect weekend? Rovers win Blackpool draw Wolves Draw B'ham draw West Ham lost Chelsea beat Spurs Arsenal beat United To top it off, Burnley lost to ruin their chances of the play-offs.
roversmum Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 Not quite. It brings the spectre of MU winning the league at our ground closer, which I for one could well do without.
grizfoot Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 Not quite. It brings the spectre of MU winning the league at our ground closer, which I for one could well do without. Couldn't care less, hopefully it will be our "staying up" party.
Tim Southampton Rover Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 I was hoping United would have wrapped the title up by now so they'd play a few reserves against us
